Hi there! I’m Samuel from Plumbing Done Right. We just joined Yelp and have started the process of creating other social media accounts to stay current and leave behind the Stone Age just kidding. My great-grandfather and my dad were all plumbers long before I was born and owned their own plumbing business. I remember assisting my dad with various tasks since I was a little kid, but when I turned 18, I decided I wanted to assist people with plumbing and water treatment. I spent a plumbing company for nearly 11 years, learning all the nuances of the business. When I started my own, I already had many customers who preferred having me for their homes and businesses. I created my own business because I became frustrated with companies charging exorbitant prices for simple services and observing technicians pushing customers for commissions. I strive to be honest and direct. I make it a point to show pictures of the problems to clarify the issues. My priority is to serve my customers’ needs and inform them about their plumbing and water treatment systems.

I have a strong a love of working with my hands, and I truly enjoy what I do. Helping my customers and addressing their stressful problems brings me joy. Clients are aware they can contact me day or night whenever they have questions or concerns. I enjoy educating my customers about their plumbing and water treatment systems, to empower them to feel comfortable operating them if necessary. I cherish my family and I am certainly mama’s boy. I regard my mother as my best friend, and there’s nothing I enjoy more than getting together family dinners and outings.
