Greetings! I’m Samuel with Plumbing Done Right. We just created Yelp and have started the process of establishing other social media accounts in order to keep up with the times and leave behind the Stone Age just kidding. On a serious note, we’re creating these accounts so that our customers the opportunity to write reviews about their experiences with Plumbing Done Right while spreading them with others! Because of this, we have a special a limited-time discount of $10 off any service and a 10% discount on repairs up to $100. You are welcome to use both discounts together if you wish. My grandfather and my dad were all plumbers long before I was born and ran their own plumbing business. I remember helping out my dad in various tasks since I was a little kid, but when I turned 18, I knew I wanted to assist people with plumbing and water treatment. I worked for a plumbing company for nearly 11 years, acquiring all the nuances of the business. When I launched my own, I already had many customers who preferred my services for their homes and businesses. I created my own business because I was fed up with companies charging outrageous prices for simple services and observing technicians trying to sell customers for commissions. I pride myself on being honest and direct. I always show pictures of the problems to help customers understand. My priority is to fully meet my customers’ needs and educate them about their plumbing and water treatment systems.

I’ve always had a love of working with my hands, and I truly enjoy what I do. Serving my customers and relieving their stressful problems brings me joy. Clients are aware they can call me day or night for questions or concerns. I take pleasure in educating my customers about their plumbing and water treatment systems, to empower them to feel comfortable operating them if necessary. I cherish my family and I am certainly mama’s boy. I consider my mother as my best friend, and there’s nothing I enjoy more than having family dinners and outings.
