We’ve recently created Yelp and have started the process of establishing other social media accounts to keep up with the times and move beyond the Stone Age ha ha. In all seriousness, we’re launching these accounts to allow our customers to post reviews about their experiences with Plumbing Done Right and spreading them to the community! As a result, we are providing a limited-time discount of $10 off any service plus a 10% savings on repairs up to $100. You are welcome to use both discounts at once if you wish. My father and my dad were all plumbers before I was born and operated their own plumbing business. I remember working my dad in various tasks since I was a little kid, but when I turned 18, I decided I wanted to help people with plumbing and water treatment. I worked for a plumbing company for nearly 11 years, gaining all the nuances of the business. By the time I went out on my own, I already had many customers who preferred having me for their homes and businesses. I created my own business because I was fed up with companies charging high prices for simple services and seeing technicians pushing customers for commissions. I pride myself on being honest and direct. I make it a point to show pictures of the problems to clarify the issues. My main goal is to fully meet my customers’ needs and enlighten them about their plumbing and water treatment systems.

I have a strong a love of working with my hands, and I truly enjoy what I do. Helping my customers and addressing their stressful problems brings me joy. My customers know they can contact me day or night if they have questions or concerns. I enjoy educating my customers about their plumbing and water treatment systems, to empower them to feel comfortable operating them if necessary. I cherish my family and I consider myself a mama’s boy. I consider my mother as my best friend, and there’s nothing I enjoy more than gathering family dinners and outings.
