Plumber before came out but couldn't clear the job. Mike tried multiple approaches and now everything is running smooth. Would 100% use again and will be recommending to friends and family.

There was only one small issue, the flapper apparently needed replacement and instead of doing it, it was left as found. Don't you think it would've been better to leave the toilet completely repaired? I thought so.
