24/7 said on their business add, as a consumer in deep water situation you call on the Plumbing Dr. you hoped they can come out to fix your leaking water heater. Saturday weekend, they sure deliver, they came on time & showed w/ good attitude & willing to fix my emergency situation, they care starting from the person who takes answered the phone call in a dire situation & kudos to her. Tanis & Mark did a professional job, they brief me upfront the job estimates,suggestions, & approx. time for completion & they're right on it. I'm a senior & a veteran, thank you, for your service I appreciate it...oorah!

I was able to get a same-day appointment. The plumbers Richard and Marco came out, thoroughly inspected my home for my gas leak issue and quickly patched it up. Very responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful! Would definitely call them again.

I made an urgent call Saturday March 19th for a broken pipe in my kitchen and still 9 days later they have never returned my call. The business and large insurance job went to a reliable contractor in town

Called Plumbing Dr to fix a leaky shower. (Mike) the technician came out, nice guy very courteous. Diagnosed the leak, said it was $450 for labor, $1000 for the part. Said it's urgent, as he would be leaving town the next week.

I said I'd let him know. He then texted and called multiple times, selling urgency, etc.

Anyways,
I called another local plumber. They diagnosed the shower, completely different issue. Was a $350 repair, and barely took 40 minutes.

It's the lack of honesty, and the used car mentality that makes me review them the way I did.

Steer clear of this business. Needed someone to come fix a clogged pipe and they gave a window of time the service provider would arrive. The service provider showed up early unannounced but I was not home because it wasn't in the window and I couldn't just sit around waiting when I thought they where showing up later. When calling back to see when the provider would come back or in the window was told that now they are busy and that I couldn't have service for 3 days because of the weekend. These people don't care. DONT USE THEM!!

Had a appointment day and time window. They texted 10 minutes before the appointment to reschedule 2 weeks out.. Time is money I left work early to be there wish I would have had earlier notice.
