Plumbing doctor did a job for me thru a business that used be in the area called STOP service team of professionals. The job was completed before I was presented an estimate for the job. The price presented by Plumbing doctor was reasonable and that job went fine. Never to be repeated. I have called them a few times since but can't get past the rediculus prices. ,$700.00 bid to hook up a drain on new construction kitchen sink is crazy. I did this job myself for less than $40.00 keep trying to gouge people! Don't waste your time call someone else!

We had a great experience with Ron and Jess yesterday. Very professional,they were right on time, went straight to work, they did an excellent job and within 15 minutes they were already done. I was very impressed, and I will be using them again.

I have been doing business with this company for years and always come away satisfied. Are they cheap? No, but the price is always fair and the quality of work excellent. Today May 1st 2018 I had them replace my 21 year old water heater. It was working still but only had an 8 year warrantee and it's better to do it on my terms rather than wait for that emergency surprising me on off business-hours. I had used this company once before and was pleased with the service. So when they sent me a notice stating I could get a free service call to check on things, I asked them back.
I had a kitchen faucet that needed to be replaced, so I bought one prior to their arrival. I figured why they were here they could install the faucet. I knew I would have to pay for the install on the faucet.
Cory arrived on time and was very pleasent. He completed the work I needed done and presented me with the bill. Again, I knew I would have to pay for the kitchen faucet install.

When I got the bill. .. $300.83 for an hours work to install a $40. 00 kitchen faucet.

I was agast. I called company later to question the bill and was told someone would call me back the next day.

Nope. No one called. This review is not about the service tech. He was only doing his job.

This review is about the pricing. Rip off. Again. $300.83 for an hours work to install a $40.00 faucet.

You figure it out. Not good business if you ask me. They could have at least called me back.
I also did not know the price of the install before hand. I never would have even fathomed a $40.00 faucet would be charged to me $300. To install. Rippef off and pissed off.

Well we all need them and can't complain about the price when poo is going the wrong way or a water pipe brakes a 4:30 Sunday morning .good people good service. The only ones I call anymore. Ask about a service contract it will pay for it's self , especially if your house is 40 years old .lol

We waited a few weeks after the job was done to make sure that our pipes were working properly before I posted a review. So far, so good Ron and Robert! Ron personally came to our home and made sure that the job was done right. We had a continuing problem with water backing up during the rinse cycle of our washing machine that it became a big hassle because I had to do a lot of monitoring while I did laundry, we even bought a new washer thinking that the old one was causing the back up that regularly flooded our laundry room. We used other plumbers but to no avail, and finally called the Plumbing Doctor. They did their best to diagnose the problem. We have signed up for annual check-ups and now look forward to problem-free pipes. Thank you, RON. Thank you, Robert. Thank you, Plumbing Doctor!

I called the Plumbing Doctor to install a new kitchen faucet in an old house. I knew it would be a difficult job and probably expensive. The technician that came out gave me an estimate of around $489.00. yes very expensive but it's a rental and needed to be done. He then informed me that this was out of the flat rate book and he would reduce it by $100.00. I said Ok let's get it done. To be fair the pipes came out of the wall above the sink and not up through the sink and yes they were old. So I go on vacation thinking everything is taken care of for my renters which 2 of the 3 are disabled. I get a call Friday around 4pm saying that it's much worse than expected and he really doesn't know what to do but it could cost more money.I'm 350 miles from home so I call a friend to go see what's happening. The plumber informs me that my renters are going to be without water until Monday meaning they have to take their RV somewhere so the can shower and use the toilet. He has also sent pics to his boss who is on another job and can't get away. My neighbor shows him what he has to do so my renters can atleast use the restroom until Monday when they can come back. In the meantime I talk to the foreman and he said he will come out Monday and fix it. So here's my big complaint: They send a rookie to fix my faucet and he shows up around 4pm on a Friday. They don't offer to fix it Saturday at the same rate. No telling what their OT rate is, I was afraid to ask. On Monday the foreman and the rookie show up and complete the job. I actually felt sorry for the rookie, it's not his fault, he should of had a journeyman with him as soon as he knew he was in over his head. The foreman calls me today and explained that I'm getting a really good deal because it took so long. Very poor planning on their part. So, it took 4 days to replace a kitchen faucet at the tune off $400.00. I'll let you decide.

I've used this company twice. The first time, the guy admitted that my plumbing problem was too severe for them to fix and that we needed to call another company that could repair old pipes in our concrete foundation. (It needed jackhammers and retrofit -- they couldn't do that type of work). At least he was honest about that.

The second time I called them (last month) I had a problem with the garbage disposal spitting up water at me. The Plumber Doctor guy came out to my house and was really rude. Maybe he was just having a bad day I don't know. He took apart the ""elbow"" of a pipe under the sink and found it was clogged. So he wiped it out and put it back in place. He said it was fixed and I paid him. He was so rude and acted like this was a waste of his time.

The next day, the garbage disposal started spitting up at me again .......

Needed help with a bad odor in my office. Plumbing doctor came out quickly and took care of the problem. no more odor. Yeah!
