They came out within 2 hours of my phone call. Will and Matt were very professional and polite. Will had to go to another call and Matt stayed and did the work. He replaced the toilet I called about, repaired my other toilet that was leaking and fixed a faucet in the bathroom. We couldn't be more pleased with the service we got and highly recommend Plumbing Doctor to everyone. Thanks again Matt - great job!! Bob & Kathi Woten

Called on a Saturday morning and the guy on call returned my call within minutes. He suggested that what I thought was a leaky overhead pipe might be condensation from my AC. Instructing me to turn off the water supply, we eliminated the leaky pipe theory. While he was busy on a call up in Dobbins, I flushed the AC drain pipe and cleaned the pan.

I appreciate the honesty and the help. Some service people wouldn't have mentioned the AC in order to get the overtime.

When you need a plumber you have to call plumbing doctor and ask for JESSICA! She is a powerhouse FEMALE plumber who knows how to make your ""business"" - her business! Jessica is a 5-star performer and will now be the only plumber I am going to call. As a female homeowner, businesswoman myself and a full-time mom - I am surrounded by chaos and am busy at all times.

When I have water leaking out onto my floor and flooding the room, kids screaming, dinner cooking on the stove and am on a conference call with an important client - I will throw some towels down and call in Jessica - my expert plumber. She is a mom too and understands the mess kids make. I love that there is a strong female out there doing the daily grind and doing it so fantastically well. For you moms or ladies out there who need a trustworthy, honest and quality skilled plumber - look no further! I have her programmed directly into my phone - so when life gets messy - I can call her in to rescue me.

Jessica is punctual, efficient, excellent customer service and puts me and my family first. A plumber who looks at the whole picture and offers solutions that work for our family and BUDGET!

Oh my goodness. I love you Plumbing Doctor. Really. I do love you.
I had a quote from another company that starts with R and ends in r for $250. Will came out and said $125 and I had a $25 coupon. He had the clog cleared in less than 30 min. More like 20 start to finish. For this single income family it was a huge hallelujah. I could cry. I'm sorry I cheated on you and called those other guys. Please forgive me for my trespasses and sins. I am shouting my praise. No I will say this as a caveat you did not have to come into the house. Our trap is outside and nothing in the at to hinder getting to the drain. No bushes or plants or constructed anything's to impede the way. So from our family to yours a huge thank you and hugs all around. 250 or 100 out the door with coupon??? I'll take the later and stay local.

We called on a Saturday for an emergency plumbing issue. A worker responded and attempted to diagnose and fix the problem. Unfortunately, he filled in the ditch with dirt before flushing the main line..... he had not fixed the problem as he thought and sediment got into my pipes throughout the house. Come to find out he was a new guy. The owner was called and tried to fix the mess. 7 days and nights into this ""job"" I finally asked them to leave. Enough was enough. Their next plan of action was to cut into my walls and begin cutting or taking apart the plumbing pipes. I had 2 workers in my home for 7 days straight until as late as 8 o'clock at night tracking mud into all 3 of my bathrooms. It was a really bad experience and my water flow in all my showers and bathtubs are still affected by this.

This company likes to rack up a bill!!!
They kept diagnosing that this was wrong, then that is wrong and trying different things to fix our problem but failed each time. Needless to say, I ended up paying them $700 and my problem is still not fixed!

Plumbing doctor did a job for me thru a business that used be in the area called STOP service team of professionals. The job was completed before I was presented an estimate for the job. The price presented by Plumbing doctor was reasonable and that job went fine. Never to be repeated. I have called them a few times since but can't get past the rediculus prices. ,$700.00 bid to hook up a drain on new construction kitchen sink is crazy. I did this job myself for less than $40.00 keep trying to gouge people! Don't waste your time call someone else!

We had a great experience with Ron and Jess yesterday. Very professional,they were right on time, went straight to work, they did an excellent job and within 15 minutes they were already done. I was very impressed, and I will be using them again.

I have been doing business with this company for years and always come away satisfied. Are they cheap? No, but the price is always fair and the quality of work excellent. Today May 1st 2018 I had them replace my 21 year old water heater. It was working still but only had an 8 year warrantee and it's better to do it on my terms rather than wait for that emergency surprising me on off business-hours.
