We had a major blockage in our pipes that caused water to back up in the toilet and shower. The plumbing doctor was flexible with our schedule needs and Paul was at our home on time the very next day. It was pouring rain outside and Paul diligently worked 3 hours fixing one toilet and getting rid of whatever was stuck in our sewer line. Paul was professional, informative, and maintained a positive attitude even though it was pouring rain and I'm certain the job was taking longer than he hoped. I highly recommend the plumbing doctor and to request Paul for your tech.

No one wants to call a plumber but I am so glad I called these folks. We had a small issue with our shower and wanted a professional to deal with it. The women who answered was super nice and got us an appointment the next day. My husband works from home so he dealt with the actual plumber but he had nothing but nice things to say. Our issue was promptly corrected and their prices are super reasonable. I will 100% use them again but hoping I don't have to lol.

Mike showed up right at 8am, looked at the problem, and explained the price and financing options. In under 15 minutes, I had financing and 4 hours later had a new hot water heater installed. I contacted the Plumbing Doctor at 7:47am and spoke with the owner who assured me he would have someone call me back in 15 min. At 7:56am I received a call from a lovely lady, Brianna. Who set up an appointment for me between 8am - 10am. The techs (Richard and Paul) arrived around 815am or so. They asked me questions and immediately knew what to do. They gave me a quote and got to work. They were, prompt, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and quick. They were also careful not to stain the light carpet. I overheard them talking about the carpet to one another about being careful . They completed the job from start to finish in less than an hour or so. I will definitely use them again.

Saturday weekend, they sure deliver, they came on time & showed w/ good attitude & willing to fix my emergency situation, they care starting from the person who takes answered the phone call in a dire situation & kudos to her.
