I had some issues in the downstairs bathroom so I called the Plumbing Depot. First they charged me a lot they fixed some connections under the vanity. They scratched a $400 sink no problem right ? No I had an extra one but in the process they screwed up the areas where the sinks sit. Their work was terrible.

our Buisness have no Issue with our sewage line ,Till this Guy name Jesus from Plumbing Depot start showing at our Location and start promoting his buisness .We told him our lines renewed in 2011 in beginnig of 2018 we start having issue with out side sewage monhall. In same day this gay Jesus he showup and start saying he will call the city on our location the city come and give us a notice about it. So we got differnt person he come fix it and took out cans from the line. Everthing start working normal and exatly after 2 week same thing happen and same person showup and offer his buisness again.
I start getting suspicious about him. anyway I called the same company and they took out sacks from it. and after 1 monthe he showup agine and we have the same issue. when I tryed to confront him he hangout the phone and start saying I dont need your buisness. I am calling the san diego police department on him this count vandalizing Our sewage line so he can get more buisness.

Called Jose to replace some shutt off valves under my sink. He showed up the next day (on time). Overall he did a great job.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. I was recently in need of a kitchen sink for my house. After some selective shopping I decided on one of the bigger name brands which I intended to purchase from PlumbingDepot.com. What a DISASTER. Not only did they screw up the shipping and overcharge me on the pricing, but their customer service was HORRIBLE.

I ended up being transfered to someone by the name of Justin Cormier (eCommerce Operations). It is a long story as to why I ended up with this amatuer, but it is safe to say that Justin is the type of person that will single handily take down Plumbing Depot as a company. Again, I will not get into specifics but take my advice and STAY AWAY from Plumbing Depot and Justin in the Marketing Operations Department! Terrible Terrible Terrible experience!

I have to admit, I am very hesitant on calling repair men or anyone who usually wants to fix more than the broken things (dentist, mechanics, etc.). This company was great. They didn't quote me for anything I didn't need and they had the best price out there. The plumber was quick and didn't waste my time trying to sell me anything else.
