Outstanding Service! Our toilet was releasing /refilling with water a couple of times an hour and our water bill increasing accordingly. I called several plumbing services and all were booked out 3-4 weeks. After reading Jorge's solid reviews I called him. He answered right away and was very pleasant, but he informed me he was on vacation. In frustration I kept him on the phone explaining our problem and to my surprise Jorge said, ""Ok, send me a photo of the inside of the toilet bowl and I'll take a look."" I sent him the photo and he called back within 5 minutes, explaining the problem and the specific rubber piece that needed to be removed and replaced. He assured me that it was an easy fix. To take the rubber piece to Home Depot/Loews and ask a rep to help me find the part. We did exactly as he instructed and the resolved the issue with ease. Thanks to Jorge's kind assistance by phone, we were able to buy a part on our own for a couple of dollars and fix the problem that day instead of having to wait 2 weeks and pay over $100 for a serviceman. Taking the time to help us while he was on vacation was truly impressive and speaks volumes about Jorge's integrity and quality of service. Going forward we will absolutely call him for all our plumbing needs. Thank you Jorge!

We've had Jorge complete plumbing work for us in the past, and I'll always call him first. He is very responsive and does great work. Most recently, I called him to come look at a dripping back flow assembly in my home (that I know nothing about and didn't want to touch)! Jorge is friendly, professional, prompt and didnt leave til the job was completely finished. Even Cleaned up afterwards! Fixed a huge gusher of a leak under my home and replaced outside faucet. I noticed standing water in our crawl space and determined it was coming from a leak in the kitchen sink drain pipe. After talking to Jorge he came out and not only diagnosed the problem (a crack basically the length of the drain pipe) but also repaired it in a couple of hours. Jorge knows what he's doing and made sure to replace the cracked pipe with a new one as well as using multiple angled pieces to make sure there was no stress on the new pipe, which caused the original to crack. I highly recommend Jorge and will be having him back to fix a couple other issues at my home in the future. Jorge is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He encouraged me to watch him work and I was happy with everything he did.

Jorge was one of three quotes we got to re-route a pipe to our backyard under the foundation that had begun to leak. All other quotes wanted to tear apart the walls and ceiling for the re-route. Jorge was the only one with the innovative idea to try a method of directional drilling under the foundation, with minimal disruption to a single wall. His option worked great, he cleaned up everything, and we now have working water in our backyard without a bunch of torn up walls!

Happy to add a 5 star review. Being furloughed due to Covid-19, the last thing I needed was a leak in my main line. Initially, I thought it was the sprinkler system but after a little home digging, I realized it was main line. I called Jorge after reading the Yelp Reviews. He came the same day and was able to fix the leak (replace pipe) in around 3 hours. Wow.
Price very reasonable as others have stated. I will absolutely use him again for any of my plumbing needs.

So....in the middle of some home remodel work during the quarantine for COVID-19 we discover a rusty, falling apart pipe in our bathroom. Jorge had worked at my home for another issue and thank goodness I still had his card. We made a quick call (after hours) to Jorge about our issue and he was at our home within a couple of hours. Jorge was able to easily fix our pipe issue as well as some drain work, regular rate charged, no emergency charges. Thank you Jorge, we would have been without water during this time when we are supposed to be washing hands often and cleaning surfaces regularly. Jorge is fast, to the point, and gets done what you need to get done.

Jorge is amazing! This is the second time I've a plumbing emergency and have called Jorge at Plumbing Craftsman. The first time was a broken pipe in the upstairs bathroom on Friday late afternoon a few months ago. This left me was without water while I was babysitting my 2 young grandkids. I didn't expect to find anyone to fix it until the next week but Jorge called me right back and was able to come by and fix it immediately. This past weekend, we discovered that a pipe had been damaged during some work that was being done on the house. I left Jorge a message on Sunday and he was at my house at 8am Monday morning. Had issues with a broken toilet wasn't sure what was wrong with it. Thought it might be the wax that needed to be replaced. Called around and got the run around or no answer. Then I found Plumbing Craftsman. I like they had 5 starts with 75+ reviews. All stating that this plumber was reasonable in cost and care about what he was doing. They were not wrong. I call Jorge and he pick up, was up front about his costs, and was able schedule with me on the day I needed. He came out on time, friendly, professional , and great communication, and also educated me on the issue. The leak was not the waxes but lose bolts and broken parts inside the toilet. He did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. He fixed the issue quickly and had parts on hand. Pricing was reasonable. If you need plumbing without the BS call this guy, you be glad you did.
