Highly recommended. Jorge is professional, hard working, and courteous. Three weeks ago, our kitchen sink clogged, and soon after we noticed water seeping out onto our garage floor. Jorge inspected the issue and walked us through his steps, until we discovered that the kitchen drain pipe was completely corroded (cast iron) and had been clogged for some time. Jorge went right to work, and after a couple appointments had replaced our pipe with plastic to avoid future corrosion and even improved the grade to aid drainage. He walked us through each step, and showed my husband the corroded pipe after taking it out (it was nasty). His enthusiasm for his work is evident, and he provided a detailed breakdown of his services after each day's work. Undertaking big jobs with new contractors can easily be a nerve wracking occasion for homeowners, yet Jorge was affordable and professional.

Jorge was great. He came out within days after I emailed (non-urgent issues), and did all the work in under 3 hours. We had a severely clogged shower drain. I had already gotten a rat sized chunk of hair out, but way further down the pipe was a chunk that was knotted and hard as a rock. He worked at it until he got it out and then checked twice to make sure everything was running smoothly and there weren't any other obstructions.

He also snaked our basement sink and got a large sized chunk of hair out, before replacing the p-trap and other pieces that were rotted. We discovered that a different piece was still leaking, but it usually comes free with a new faucet, and our faucet needed to be replaced soon, so I asked if he would stop there and I'd buy a new faucet first (we want to match the ones we have elsewhere in the house) and then have him finish the work. He had a way to stop the leak to give us more time before we had to replace the sink, but I wanted to just do the replacement. He was really flexible about it!

Then we had two cut off valves that were rusted and leaking in a half bath. Jorge took one off and saw that the nipple was completely corroded and needed to be replaced. But, before he did the work, he called me over and showed me the problem, and also explained several possible problems once he removed the nipple that could cause a more expensive repair. I really appreciated this - I had the option to say, ""no let's wait"" or ""I understand the risks and go ahead."" As it turned out, he was able to get the nipple out without trouble and we luckily had copper behind that galvanized nipple so once he replaced it with stainless steel, we shouldn't have the same problem again, and we didn't need to open up the wall to remove more galvanized pipe.

Finally (yes, he did all of this in that short time frame), I asked him about our kitchen sink which weirdly shuts off for no reason when the water filter isn't switched on. He figured out that the filter was the problem, but when he removed it and turned on the water, he said there was way too much pressure coming out of the faucet. We went out and he showed me our house PSI was WAY above the standard 80, and so we looked at the Pressure Release Valve and sure enough, it was leaking and clearly rusting out and needed to be replaced. If we hadn't realized this, we potentially would have burst pipes, and for sure it was wearing out all of our plumbing faster, which is probably why we have so many ""fixes"" needed all at once.

I will be having Jorge come back out to fix our PRV and any other issues big or small that arise. His price was incredibly fair - and he doesn't charge a per visit, or truck fee, like some places. Just a minimum of an hour's work and then in 15 minute increments after that, plus parts. He doesn't waste time either - he's fast and very thorough.

I recommend him highly. One of the best experiences I have had with a contractor, ever. And we've worked with some excellent plumbers, electricians, etc. over the years.

I don't usually take the time to write reviews or fill out satisfaction surveys, but because our experience was so impressive, I think it important to let others know about it. We had a backup in our basement shower and sink drains on a Saturday morning. I read reviews for this business and left a phone message expecting to have to wait until the business week at the very least. But no! Jorge called within 15 minutes! He said he was booked for two weeks, but to go ahead and book while we looked for someone else in the meantime. All this is expected, since we live in a area where there is a lot of new homes going up. Tradesmen are very hard to book for small jobs like ours. However, Jorge called back within the hour, asked more about the problem, and offered to come out the very next day. He came promptly as scheduled, and fixed everything that very same visit. He also gave a comprehensive analysis of the whole situation along with expert advice on what to do in the future. Nowadays, it is so rare to find a certified tradesman that offers such expert service to homeowners. We would recommend this business to anyone and if needed in the future, will call Jorge right away!

I called up Jorge when we had two sinks in our house go down. One was clogged deep inside and the other one was leaking. He was in and out, with both sinks fixed and everything left clean. I usually only deal with people with references from friends but I was in a jam . All of the five star ratings made me take the chance, and I'm glad I did. Jorge is well worth it. After reading the reviews I decided to give Jorge a call to work on a few different plumbing issues I was having. I can only say all of the reviews are true. He arrived on time, was happy to explain what he was doing even letting me know what I could do in the future myself to save me money. From here on out, he will be the first plumber I call. I have 2 little babies, so when I realized at 6 am that I didn't have hot water, I was *desperate.* After trying to fix the water heater myself, and failing, I checked out Yelp and left messages for the top 3 rated plumbers in my area. Only 1 company could guarantee to fit me in same day, but I wasn't 100% sure about them because they felt pushy right off the bat. Thankfully, Jorge called me, and although he couldn't guarantee to get to me same day, he asked me to send him a photo of my water heater to see if he could offer some help.

Jorge didn't just help - he saved my day. Before even securing the job, he took the time to contact the water heater manufacturer to research the potential problem and to confirm what part would need replacing. In doing so, he literally saved me THOUSANDS. The other company wanted to charge me $2000, and Jorge fixed the problem for just $135. He not only squeezed me in between appointments so that my water heater could be fixed same day, he called me in advance to let me know he was coming so I could leave work and meet him, instead of giving me a 2-3 hour window where I'd have to sit at home and wait.

Now my babies are clean after having warm baths, and I'm able to relax. This is one of the best customer experiences I've ever had.

I'd also like to add that I don't know Jorge personally. I just thank all the previous Yelpers who reviewed him so that I could find him!

Jorge (aka George) is a fantastic business owner and craftsman! I highly recommend him to anyone. Not only was he able to come out to fix the leak in my tub the same day, his rates were lower than anyone else I called, he was respectful of my home (insisted on removing shoes wet from the rain), he was humorous, and he was willing to show me the problem and how he fixed it! I'll gladly use Jorge's services any time I need plumbing assistance in the future.
