After breakfast we found our sewer main was clogged, so we frantically looked for help on Yelp. Khan was quick to respond, and immediately go on the phone. He was able to set a 3pm appt, but then did even better and fit us in the morning! The clog was snaked out and everything works as normal! 10/10 for responsiveness, very fair pricing, and excellent service! Will use again if needed!

I always resort to yelp to avoid getting shortchanged. Plumbing Connection texted back to call Nery. I called Nery early in the day. Despite his busy work schedule planned out today, a Saturday, he said he could drop by in 10 minutes to check on the problem; but gave notice his next available opening was Monday.

The problem was a simple faucet fix for the kitchen sink but gave expert advice on using the lifetime warranty to save on costs the next time there is a problem. We decided to change the whole assembly and he completed the work in no time.

He's a very competent, honest, friendly plumber who knows his stuff. Kudos to him!

Called Plumbing Connection after receiving what I thought was an unreasonably high quote ($1250) from a large local company to repair a stuck shower/tub water faucet. Nery answered after a couple of rings, said he could be out THE NEXT DAY.
He arrived on time, checked out the situation and gave a very reasonable quote ($265) to replace the old defective cartridge.
An hour later he was done, cleaned up the bathroom and was out the door.
Professional, courteous, competent, reasonable, timely.
Couldn't recommend more highly!

Israr is top notch. I had a discussion with him briefly about a plumbing issue yesterday because the city came by without proper notice and replace their crappy water meters. While the swap wasn't too long, they did not notify us properly of when they began and when they left. During this time I tested my faucets and something apparently broke loose and caused my cold water faucet in my Master BTRM to fail.

Israr explained the situation with me, straight forward, and then came over after making an appointment with me and greeted my wife.

She was happy with the interaction and it's hard to get my wife to be happy with repairmen. So that's always a +.

Israr is straight forward, tells you what is happening and is kind enough to run through the problem end to end. Forget about what the other guy says in the post on 3/28/2022. It does not reflect the straight forward attitude that we all want from proper plumbers. This guy's prices are reasonable and for an adhoc appointment, quick and easy to solve.

Hats off to you, and you've earned my future business.

I would dot the i and cross the t in the contract to make sure what work you are getting done before starting the job with this company!!!

I had clearly explained the requirement to a technician for a repipe of my home and he gave a onsite verbal quote but later the owner sent a quote which was missing those details. When he and the technician (who gave the quote) visited, I wanted to make sure he knew all the things needed to be done and wanted it be documented in the contract. During the visit, he said all those items are not included and cannot be done. I said that the technician was aware of the repipe requirements which I said during the initial inspection and even agreed that i had requested that when the owner was there.

After all this, I said I would think about this contract since there were a lot of exclusions and was worried about the kinda a service i am going to get from a company that talks to a prospective customer and I kinda-post service support I can get. The owner just walked away, he didn't say anything or tried to explain.

I got the job done elsewhere but wanted to make other people aware of my experience with this company.

I had a clogged kitchen sink. The gentleman was polite, quick, and also gave me some tips on how to prevent clogging. Very helpful and I'll be sure to call them if this happens again.

This review is for the RESPONSIVENESS of this business. He responded to my request within minutes of me requesting a quote on a service. We had to get an emergency service which was the only reason we did not proceed with them. Otherwise, quotes are fair and they are very quick and accommodating. He even offered a sooner appointment than what was initially available.
