Khan is an awesome plumber - I had sewage backup issues a few times, and Khan was always available to help early next day while other plumbers couldn't come that soon. And he always did an excellent job too - super great attitude. Highly recommended!

Plumbing connection repaired the leakage under my kitchen sink a month ago. It was working fine until about a week ago when it started leaking again.

I called them again last week to have the leak fixed. I explained them the problem that they attempted to fix a month ago. They told me that they can only come a week later and will confirm the timing via text. Since then they have neither responded to my text or call or voicemail.

It seems like they don't want to repair the poor job they did in the first place. I spoke to a guy named BK who never seems to respond.

If you guys cannot or don't want to fix your failed job just say it- don't let you customers hanging in a limbo and waste their time.

Kitchen faucet wouldn't drain. Found Khan on yelp, who came to the rescue in 20 minutes. Super friendly guy, fast service and got the job done is 10 minutes. My sink is now working again! Thank you.

One of our tenants water heater stopped working. Kahn was called and promptly went out to investigate. After first replacing the thermocoupler, that didn't fix the problem so he ended up replacing the water heater.

He was prompt, courteous and took care of the job in a few hours!

I urgently wanted to replace water heater due to loud popping sounds.

I had tried HomeDepot guys first, they came and said we cannot take out old heater due to not enough space and asked us to reach out HOA to break wall which would have been very costly, that job was cancelled.

Then I reached out multiple plumbers by seeing reviews on yelp, Mr. Khan responded quickly among all. He was very reasonable, explained us reasons in details and provided all possible options and gave me next day appointment. I told about space constrain to fit new heater, Mr Khan addressed that by getting exact size heater needed.

Installation went on time and very smooth. Two guys handled everything in about 2 hours, they replaced heater without any problem
The new heater is very efficient and quite and comes with led indicators for easy inspection.

Telephoned company to replace a valve in shower. Guy tells me to take it out, take a picture and go to the store because ""it might be a long or short valve."" Apparently, they have no inventory. If I were going to do that, what is the advantage to hiring them? More time wasters.

It is customary to get an idea of what the costs may be in advance. An estimate is hardly free if the work is performed. If the plumber doesn't wish to provide cost information he would be right not to provide it and should not do it. But people can accomplish more on the phone..In this case, I was able to gauge competency and establish what I perceived was his unwillingness to perform the work.

The subsequent remarks identify his lack of ability to exercise customer service that promotes his business in a positive light. No estimate was provided-only information related to an hourly rate.
