The Plumbing Connection began with a local plumbing supplies salesman who saw a pressing need for a trustworthy plumbing service in the North Valley.

Since its inception, the company has changed ownership twice, yet the motto has remained unchanged.
The most recent ownership change took place when I, a staff member of The Plumbing Connection, purchased the business.
We are still growing, and I attribute our success to putting customer satisfaction first.
This is a principle that many businesses have forgotten.

Jonathon A.Scott and Lisa are great. Used many, many times and always on time and quality work. Never a problem. If you become a regular customer he will treat you right and put you on priority if you have an issue. He does a lot of work in North Scottsdale and I would highly recommend him.
I see that someone said he was expensive. I would say he is comparable with anyone of a licensed and professional nature. You get what you pay for.
Thomas T.I can't recommend. He was prompt and courteous but I feel he over charged me. Originally quoted $650 to remove a leaky water heater because he thought it would take 4-5 hours. The job was much easier than he thought and he actually finished in less than two hours. All labor as we had a secondary water heater that he just hooked up. Final price that he billed was $575. When I questioned the final price he said he knocked off $75 since it was quicker. Gee thanks. I guess his going rate is about $300 an hour. Left me feeling ripped off.

I called up Scott from Plumbing Connection and got some great help. He was prompt, professional, affordable, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Plumbing Connection for any plumbing assistance you might need.
