Wanted to leave a good review BUT simple leaking toilet flange repair ... Took my $$ upfront and they (plumber & sig. other) changed wax ring ... leak remained ... then said need to cut into basement ceiling to fix the leak. AND THEY WALKED OUT LEAVING ME WITH A LEAK.
Ended up being a simple fix -no cutting into ceiling needed.
