Martin came to our home, ready to work in mask, diagnosed the problem(s in our shower and sink faucets, and did an exceptional job in repairing everything. They are completely honest, professional and respectful of your property, and deliver quality workmanship. Plumbing Concepts sent Anthony to install a Grundfos recirculating pump in our home with 5 crossover valves and 6 wireless buttons for our Navien tankless water heater. As there were several in our new community wanting this same install, Plumbing Concepts agreed to a volume discount resulting in a great value. Anthony performed the task quickly within 2 hours, explaining how the pump works and demonstrated its use. We are now thrilled to have hot water delivered to our faucets much more quickly! Very satisfied with Anthony's install, he did a great job.

Needed my Rennai system serviced and flushed as a maintenance and was also having problems with hot water in one shower. Pablo Aguilera of Plumbing Concepts showed up and knew exactly what the issue was. After flushing my system he quickly replaced a little plastic valve in the wall and hot water was once again flowing. It really helps when the plumber understands his trade and can identify issues quickly. His experience and professionalism was impressive. Listen to what I say cause you know I know.

Let me begin by saying, we appreciated them showing up with masks and booties on the shoes as safety is number one right now. Felipe, Pablo, Anthony, Jesus and Gerardo were amazing. True assets to this company. They were on time, very clean, thoughtful of the furniture around them, respectful and all of them very knowledgeable when it comes to plumbing and restoration. It took 3 days to complete the problem, but for those 3 days it was the same group of gentlemen that came to the house. We appreciated that too. We want to thank Tommy, the manager, for having kept them together for this job as these gentlemen work great together. We highly recommend this company for any Plumbing issue that may come up. They are very professional and courteous. Their workmanship is of high standards and treat each issue as if it was their own. Relentless to get it right!

Peace of mind! I started use Plumbing Concepts for my house works in 2018 for whole house water filtration system; then built a prep kitchen in early 2020. reasonable cost, and finished on time.
I started to hire them for my other rental apartments in 2020, to replace numerous plumbing companies for the past 5 years, who typically always overcharged, and did some unnecessary works.

I have to share my wonderful experience with Plumbing Concepts. They sent Felipe to my home to install my newly purchased Water Heater and toilet from Lowe's. He did an absolutely clean and phenomenal job. Even replaced a couple pipes at the water heater to make the gas shut off easily accessible. What a great guy! So thankful for Plumbing Concepts.
