After having some flooding occur due to a lose pipe behind our refrigerator, we called Plumbing Concepts out to our home on a Sunday to assess the damage. Within an hour we had an incredibly helpful technician out to our home and immediately repaired the pipe. He was very detailed in his communication, videoed the issue for the insurance company and even took a look at our water heater as a courtesy. Thank God he did because he pointed out the rust and leakage coming from our water heater. If he would have not taken the time to look at it then we would have had another (worse) flooding issue. He also advised the check if it was converted under our new home warranty. Luckily it was! So helpful! We had Plumbing Concepts out again to install a new water heater and the technician was equally informative and quick. I am so thankful that I found Plumbing Concepts and have a reliable and trustworthy plumber to call. Thank you Plumbing Concepts you really went above and beyond to create a fan of your company!
