I found this company through the Home Advisor website. I was contacted immediately after I requested the company info. That was my first mistake. A woman took my information and handed the call off to the boss (who also got my information) at which point he passed it back to the woman who set the appointment. The day and time the appointment arrived I waited for them to show up or call. The appointment time was almost past when I decided to call them to see what happened. The same woman answered the phone and she said that she didn't know what happened but that she would call me back. Later she called and apologized then said that bosses truck broke down and he would not be able to make it. She never tried to reschedule nor was I given a confirmation call about the appointment. I didn't hire them in the end too unreliable
