Plumber responded, did $210.00 worth of work including something I didn't ask for, never told me what he was doing or advised me of costs. Work he did failed to correct problem Arranged for them to return but they failed to show. Got a call from them an hour and a half after the scheduled appointment asking if they could come the next day. At that point I gave it up as a bad idea and told them I would hire someone else.
