You are a small business that grows from good customer service and word of mouth. But, If you continue to fail to turn up to appointments (with no show and no call) and then fail to communicate with a follow up email or call you will eventually run your business to the ground. If you can't do the work then you need to let people know asap and NOT four weeks later. I honestly have no idea how you are still in business if you treat customers this way....

Found this company on the internet. We discovered a leak under the house. Terry came right away and diagnosed the problem. We were impressed! In this world where plumbers are a dime a dozen, we thought we struck gold with him. We are very loyal customers, if we find someone we like, we stick with them forever. We thought this was our guy. We went out and bought the toilet because he said it needed to be replaced. My husband spent the next week trying to get him back out to our house to install it. He called at least 5 times and finally got a return phone call where Terry said """"Sorry I've been out of town, my mother got sick"""". We gave him the benefit of the doubt. Called again numerous times the next several days with no response at all. We finally went with a different plumber. I honestly don't know how this guys stays in business with these kind of dealings. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT CALL PLUMBING CENTRAL.

This has got to be THE worst plumbing experience that I have ever encounter in my 25 years of owning restaurant. Terry the owner came out on last Thursday and supposedly he'd fixed the clogged drain but it remain stopped up. So we have been calling him repeatedly on Thursday, Friday, Saturday Sunday and Monday as well, left numerous message for him to respond or come back to fix the drain. NEVER heard from him. Not only a bad businessman, also not an honorable person

Called to schedule a quick fix, told me he had some time that afternoon or the following day and he would give me a call either way. We waited around for 2 days and never heard back, use someone else.

Had them back for another issue yesterday and though they were a little bit later than expected. But: Terry fixed the issue. DONE. Will continue to use them in the future. Great to find someone reliable and charging reasonable rates.

Spoke with Terry at 7am. Wow he answered the phone and eagerly gave instructions on what to about my disposal. Told me to go to Home Depot and buy the disposal. Gave the type to get and said he would be here as soon as I called to let him know I got it. I called and he said he would be on his way shortly. That was five hours ago. He has blocked my calls. What did I ever do to you Terry? I left work early to meet this guy and he doesn't even have the courtesy to tell me why he doesn't show? Thank god for Yelp. This guy is a real zero. Wow. Beware of a huge waste of time.

Made an appointment 3 days in advance for plumbing work. Was given a 4 hour window when plumber would show. No show, no call! Left email to inquire what had happened. Now 2 more days have gone by and STILL no reply. Wow! Not professional...at all. And a COMPLETE waste of my day off.

I set an appointment with Plumbing Central for the next day between 2 and 3 pm. At 4 I called Terry and he said he would be leaving his current job and would call me in 20 minutes. It is now 5:30 pm. Terry is not answering his mobile and he is a no show. He must have dropped his phone in the toilet. Plumbing Central has the professionalism and customer service of the cable company! I would choose another plumber if I were you.

Terry Davies and his crew are excellent! My main water pipe burst in the middle of the night. I noticed around 6am that we had water in the street. I called Plumbing Central at about 7:30am and hey we're here about an hour later! Terry said it was a simple fix and charged me a very reasonable rate to fix it. He could have easily charged me much more and I would have happily paid. These guys are honest and dependable!

I called Terry at 8:30 and he said he hoped to be out the same morning. At 2 pm I called him again and he said he hoped to be out that afternoon....I never heard from him. If you are too busy just tell me so I don't assume you will be here when you said you would. I called one of the """"big guys"""" and they were here, when they said they would be....problem fixed!
