Amazing. Would recommend to anyone who wants fast, guaranteed work, at a fair price. These guys came out same day, and didn't charge me any silly emergency fees. They charged me about half of what others were quoting. After over paying for some plumbing services recently, it is really nice to know that these guys are just a call away. They were super fast, and didn't play any games like """"well you'll have to replace this, or you may need to think about that"""" they replaced my pressure reducing valve in less than 15 mins! Friendly. Efficient. Fair. 10/10

Found this company on the internet. We discovered a leak under the house. Terry came right away and diagnosed the problem. We were impressed! In this world where plumbers are a dime a dozen, we thought we struck gold with him. We are very loyal customers, if we find someone we like, we stick with them forever. We thought this was our guy. We went out and bought the toilet because he said it needed to be replaced. My husband spent the next week trying to get him back out to our house to install it. He called at least 5 times and finally got a return phone call where Terry said """"Sorry I've been out of town, my mother got sick"""". We gave him the benefit of the doubt. Called again numerous times the next several days with no response at all. We finally went with a different plumber. I honestly don't know how this guys stays in business with these kind of dealings. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT CALL PLUMBING CENTRAL.

Call on a late Sunday evening and technical Tim answered and tried to walk me through a fix to eliminate the issues. We can up with a temporary fix for the evening. He was at our house right on time the next morning and immediately corrected the leak and replace our main shut off valve.

Spoke with Terry at 7am. Wow he answered the phone and eagerly gave instructions on what to about my disposal. Told me to go to Home Depot and buy the disposal. Gave the type to get and said he would be here as soon as I called to let him know I got it. I called and he said he would be on his way shortly. That was five hours ago. He has blocked my calls. What did I ever do to you Terry? I left work early to meet this guy and he doesn't even have the courtesy to tell me why he doesn't show? Thank god for Yelp. This guy is a real zero. Wow. Beware of a huge waste of time.

This has got to be THE worst plumbing experience that I have ever encounter in my 25 years of owning restaurant. Terry the owner came out on last Thursday and supposedly he'd fixed the clogged drain but it remain stopped up. So we have been calling him repeatedly on Thursday, Friday, Saturday Sunday and Monday as well, left numerous message for him to respond or come back to fix the drain. NEVER heard from him. Not only a bad businessman, also not an honorable person

Terry Davies and his crew are excellent! My main water pipe burst in the middle of the night. I noticed around 6am that we had water in the street. I called Plumbing Central at about 7:30am and hey we're here about an hour later! Terry said it was a simple fix and charged me a very reasonable rate to fix it. He could have easily charged me much more and I would have happily paid. These guys are honest and dependable!

Had them back for another issue yesterday and though they were a little bit later than expected. But: Terry fixed the issue. DONE. Will continue to use them in the future. Great to find someone reliable and charging reasonable rates.

Called Terry on a Friday morning to get an estimate. He could not come on the same day, which I actually expected. We made an arrangement for him to call me the next day (Saturday) to come by and do the estimate. I never got a call at all on Saturday. I called again on Monday afternoon and he apologized about Saturday and we made an arrangement to get the estimate done on Tuesday. Again, I never even received a call back and he was a no show for Tuesday. It's now Thursday and even if he calls, I don't need his services any longer.

The owner has amazing work ethic. I had a leak under my kitchen sink and he came out that same day and took a look at it and tighten something from the faucet area and it was fixed. I couldn't believe it was that simple so checked it myself and no leak. He didn't even charge me anything. I will definitely be using them again for future plumbing issues. Thanks for such great service!
