I needed a new pedestal sink in my new studio condo. The old sink was a small mounted one about 20 years old (molded and falling off). Roi came to remove the old one and install a beautiful new sink and faucet. He took the time to consider my décor and picked out amazing products - and even aligned it with my medicine chest. I feel lucky to find that company. We had 3 different plumbing contractors to deal with our main sewer issues. Roy Identified the problem very quick and replace all the main sewer pipe in one day!!! All other plumbers said it will take 2-3 days to complete.

Roi knows the condo I live in like the back of his hand. He worked on the water shut-off so that the hot/cold water could be turned on in my new bathroom remodel, and then worked on my bathroom sinks as well. But not only is he highly competent - he's also a mensch (Hebrew for human being). A number of hours after he left, one of my neighbors said her water was only trickling out of a faucet. Roi drove back to our condo that night and fixed it. He is a full-service PERSON as well as a knowledgeable plumber.

Fantastic! The drain line on my washing machine was clogged and leaking all over my laundry room floor. I called them in the late afternoon on a Saturday. Roi told me that he'd see what he could do and give me a call back ASAP and he did. An hour and a half later, they were at my door and fixed the problem for exactly the price quoted over the phone. You can't ask for any better than that!
