I would not trust Roi and Plumbing Center! I contacted Roi based on a recommendation. I explained that we were having water pressure issues and needed a pressure regulator replaced. I also said that we wanted to know if it would also be a good idea to add a pressure regulator for the sprinkler system.  Roi scheduled to come out to look, and that there was a diagnostic fee of $150 that would be waived if we used him for the work.  No problem at all, I was completely fine with that.  Roi said that I needed a pressure regulator for the house, another for the sprinkler system, and also an expansion tank for our tankless water heater.  Total cost almost $2000.  We said that we only wanted to do the pressure regulators - after some research we learned that tankless water heaters without water storage don't need expansion tanks.  Roi said that he would only do the work if I did all of it, because it ""wasn't worth the time"" for him to only do the pressure regulators for $1300.  All or nothing.  I reluctantly agreed.  I then attempted to schedule the work and could not get a response.  I called nearly every day and was always told that they would get back to us because his schedule was very busy.  After another week of not being able to schedule the work, I called another plumber.  This plumber came over, looked at the same items, told me I didn't need two pressure regulators because he could install one regulator before the system split to the house and sprinkler system and that would take care of both, and that the tankless system did not need an expansion tank.  He relocated the pressure regulator, changed out an old valve to a new 1/4 turn valve, did it all on the spot for far less money.  I then let Plumbing Center know that since they could not manage to schedule the job I should not be charged the $150 diagnostic fee.  Roi and Desiree at Plumbing Center stated that I still owed the diagnostic because he spent time coming out to bid the job.  The fact that he wouldn't even agree to do the job I initially asked for unless I agreed to additional work that was unnecessary to begin with, and then once I agreed to the inflated bid would not schedule the work in a timely manner is egregious and unethical.  I paid their invoice, plus a late fee because they wouldn't respond to our request to waive the diagnostic.  Never again would I call Plumbing Center.

Extremely responsive, on time, keep you posted on when they will be there, call back promptly and most importantly fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. And Roi is a heck of a nice guy that has a ton of experience. If you like great service, this is the place.

Love Roi! Can always count on him to do a great job! He is a lovely person and a hard worker so when we have a plumbing issue, we call Roi and his great manager (and wife) Desiree! They are the best!

We had to replace an old section of clay pipe from the property line out to the saddle at the street's main sewer in Beverly Hills. They had to excavate into the street. Roi handled everything with the city inspector and communicated well with the neighbors. The timing was good since they did all the work while we were on vacation, so when we got home it was all done. He took pictures through the process for our records. When it was all finished, it looked like nothing happened. Although they might not be the cheapest option in town, I would recommend using them for anything drain related when you need it done correctly.

We cannot say enough great things about Roi, Desiree and the entire team at Plumbing Center. Sure, Roi had installed our new water heater in 2019, and new kitchen faucet in 2020, but when we recently needed our main line replaced because of major tree root intrusion, we soon found out that no one handles sewer issues better than Roi. He used pipe bursting to replace the original 100-year old cast iron pipes in our front yard with state of the art new plumbing pipes. The job required major digging (on property and in the street) underneath 100 year-old, city-protected trees with massive roots and not only did Roi do a fantastic job without damaging the fencing and landscaping in our front yard, but the trees were not impacted in any way and he repaired and repaved the street perfectly. Roi and Desiree dealt with the city to obtain all the proper permits, and despite an 11th hour required change from a newly appointed city engineer, Roi brought the job in on schedule and on price, just as quoted. He is highly knowledgable, professional, honest, on time, fair, responsive, communicative, and very easy to work with. I've never met a more conscientious and dedicated team than the folks at Plumbing Center, and I will never go anywhere else.

It is rare today to find a company that hits all the marks: knowledgeable, fairly priced and honest, meticulous, and nice, but Plumbing Center exhibits all five traits in spades!!!

The owner, Roi Nagid, and everyone who works with him know plumbing thoroughly. On the few occasions they weren't available and I had to resort to using another company, I was always reminded how brilliant Roi and his men were because no one else compares! In fact, invariably, Roi has to fix the problems left by other companies!!!

Roi is extremely fair in his pricing and up front from the beginning what it will cost. Not only is his price always fair, but he takes the time to explain what it will cost to replace parts versus repair them as he did when we were having water heater issues a couple weeks ago...he patiently appraised us of the cost of a new water heater, or repairing the problems with the current water heater and we decided to replace it.

Roi and his men are extremely careful. Our safety during the work at our home is constantly reinforced...they lay tarps down and make sure we don't trip over them. They are also incredibly neat and clean up after the work is done as neatly as I would have.

Lastly, Roi is the kindest man you will ever work with...he is gracious, respectful, and empathic. He is so compassionate, you might end up telling him your whole life story...and he listens!!!!

I cherish this company, and while I want to keep them all to myself, I know that would be unfair to the thousands of people who need exquisite service. So, I am sharing this treasure of a company for all to benefit from as my family does!! They are superb in every way!!!

First thing in the morning my shower head completely came off so after frantically trying to find the main water valve, I was able to shut the water off. Roi was recommended to me and he was able to make it over to my place that same day. He was so kind and thorough about making sure everything was working okay before he replaced the part. Another company I called quoted me a price that was almost double of Roi and I just felt like a number to them. I would recommend Roi to anyone with any plumbing issues. He doesn't beat around the bush but wants to make sure you have everything working correctly so you don't have to deal with the same issues in the future.
