I had a leak in a PVC ball joint that required repair. Plumbing Care set-up an appointment and Alvictor came out to assess the situation. By the afternoon, Plumbing Care had provided a reasonable estimate and had me scheduled for service the next day.

Alvictor came completely prepared and did a tremendous job on repairing the problem. It only took a couple of hours to complete the work. Because the original set-up left no room for repair, he insured that, if any future issues arise, the PVC can be repaired without full replacement.

Highly responsive and price was very fair! Paint project exposed a small leak that was damaging the siding of our home. Ricardo showed up ahead of schedule, our painters exposed the pipe that we hidden from view. The pipe replaced and new spigot put in. Our painters then placed new siding and caulked to finish the painting preparation work. Ricardo worked quickly and we kept our project on track! Thank you Plumbing Care Inc!

Just a side note.. we never heard back from another well known and established plumber in our area who we called first. From now on Plumbing Care Inc. will be called first!

Alejandro and Danny tried for about 2 hours to clear our plugged pipes/drain. Because it got dark, they had to come back the next morning. They tried several different processes until finally they got the necessary results and pipes unclogged. In the end, they only charged us for the process that finally worked. They are personable and knowledgeable. Plumbing Care understands good customer service and knows how to keep a return customer. Highly recommend Plumbing Care.

I called and they were able to get me a same day appointment. My technician, Alvictor showed up at the time they gave me. He was very knowledgeable about my issues and handle them with urgency. He walked me through what was wrong and how he could fix it. Took pictures along the way. I was also glad that he was able to fix everything same day. He made a quick run to the hardware store and came back quickly. Despite being out in this rain, Alvictor had a great attitude. He was friendly, efficient and explained everything to me throughly. He definitely made a lifelong customer.

I was having plumbing issues since I bought my home eight months ago. The inspection report did say I needed to replace the main line under the house as well as the sewer lateral from the house to the road connection. I was trying to avoid incurring additional expenses and let it go. That approach did not work. My neighbor referred me to Plumbing Care Inc and I am so grateful. The team lead, Carlos, diagnosed the issue and showed me photos. Today, he arrived with his colleagues, Roberto and Elmer. These three young men were nothing less than amazing! They arrived at 9:30 am and left at 6:30 pm. Working in a crawl space all day, taking out pipes, putting in new ones...it is back breaking work. I have so much respect for their craft...and perseverance! They replaced all of the main line pipes and fittings under the house. After the holidays, I will have them replace the sewer lateral.

A bit expensive, but they got the job done.
If you have time, it's cheaper you buy your own appliance and have them to install for you. Their appliance is very expensive and limited choice.

We had a valve break in a water softener we haven't used in years which flooded our garage and required shutting off the main valve into the house. This left us without water. Plumbing Care sent technician Hristo that afternoon. He was polite, professional and explained our options. We decided to disconnect and discard the old water softener but leave the copper pipes in place so a new softener could be installed if we chose to do so in the future. His work was quick, professional and reasonably priced.
