We launched Plumbing Care, Inc. in San Ramon, California, on February 21, 2014. On April 10, 2014, we received our plumbing license in California (CSLB# 992032). New Home Insurance company required a seismic gas shutt-off and an automatic water shut-off valve be installed. Called multiple companies and Plumbing Care Inc was cheaper than the others. Lupe came out to give me an estimate and was very friendly. Once I accepted the estimate, they were able to come back to complete the work within a few days. Lupe ended up being our technician and again was very friendly and got the work done in a couple hours. Very happy with the results. Thank you Lupe!

Every interaction we've had with Plumbing Care has been a 10, and we've utilized their services at least 7 times over the years, both inside the house and exterior. Their upfront customer service is very good and we have always been able to get an appointment within 24 hours.
Today Alvictor gave us a heads up before arriving on time and efficiently getting to the problem (cold shower needed a new cartridge) and solving it. He explained in terms we could understand what was needed. Whenever we asked questions he had answers, kept the work area clean and dry, and quickly got our hot showers going again. He explained the number correlations on our hot water heater and turned the setting back to normal. I had cranked it sky high to (ineffectively) squeeze out some hot shower water. He's a nice guy, extremely polite and we would have him back in a heartbeat for plumbing problems large or small.
I got suddenly an humming sound of my garbage disposal on Saturday afternoon, dirty water was floating in the sink and it was an emergency for me. I called Plumbing Care, Inc after several struggling of detach water pipe connection from garbage disposal.

Then, why I gave 4 stars overall?
The bill was way~ expensive that I originally expected. Carlos said 'fixing' price is $199, but it wouldn't be under warranty if my old garbage disposal broke again, so he recommended me a 'replacement of new garbage disposal' with 1 yr company warranty on installation(3 yrs of insinkerator warranty). His work was done about 35~40 minutes. The new 'insinkerator, badger 5-91A 1/2HP' can be bought around $139.99~$149.99 in Amazon/Best Buy/Home Depot/Lowes/etc. Total bill the company asked me to pay was $459.00, including installation, removing and hauling away of old garbage disposal, connecting existing plumbing, electrical supply, and testing new garbage disposal and cleaning up. I assumed the maximum charge would be around $349(149.99+199(labor charge))! Well, it's my mistake that I didn't ask the estimate of 'replacement of new garbage disposal' when I called them at first.
Plumbing Care responded very quickly to a water leak I had in an upstairs bathroom. Carlos took care of the problem and price was reasonable.

This has to be one the best customer experiences I have ever had. Great service right from the scheduling through to the service tech. I submitted an online request and received a response minutes later. Lupe arrived later that same afternoon. Lupe was amazing, super friendly and explained everything he was going do and then confirmed everything he did. Thanks Lupe. Afterwords, I received an email with my invoice and progress pictures of Lupe's work. Every service tech should do this. Plumbing Care will be in my speed dial for sure!
These guys are the best I have found in the Sacramento area. I first used them when I had a leak of unidentified origin. This was the second plumber I called (the first was through my home warranty service and didn't look very hard for the leak before giving up). This one was thorough, and when he couldn't find an obvious leak he called someone to come with equipment to check for a non-plumbing leak, rather than just leaving us hanging.
We used them again for a non-urgent plumbing job. The plumber was prompt and knowledgeable, and did a good job. And their prices were very good. I recommend them.
Plumbing Care scheduled me for a next day appointment. They thoroughly explained the issue, made the repairs after my approval, and took a good number of pictures. The services only cost me a few hundred dollars after another company told me I would need to repipe my bathroom for thousands of dollars. The technician Dragan was kind, respectful, and patient. He sent a picture of himself and a brief background to let us know he was on his way. He explained what preventative maintenance I would need to do annually in the future to prevent the issue from happening again.
