I can't say enough good about Plumbing Care and Alvictor! He totally saved our lives today. Super kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took the time and care to make sure the problem was solved before he left. He cleared my washing machine drain and a slow draining sink and tub and even checked under our crawl space to reassure me that we didn't have any larger issue. This all happened AFTER an appliance repair person took our money yesterday and ""fixed"" a leak in the washing machine. Minutes after he left, water was flooding the floor again and I called Plumbing Care bc of the Yelp reviews. I'm so glad I did and so happy that Alvictor was the one who came out!! He was wonderful. We had just put our house up for sale the day before and we were totally stressed about this. Alvictor and Plumbing Care made the stress disappear!

We had our water heater tank dying this morning. I called three companies and got two of the companies, including Plumbing Care to come and provide estimates. I really appreciate the time Andrew took to explain everything and provide competitive estimates as needed. Given the urgency we were in, he was able to talk to his manager and got the installation setup the same day.
Bill and his crew did an amazing work and got the job done within few hours. Bill went above and beyond to make sure everything is ok and explained everything to me including the yearly maintenance needed.

Overall both Andrew and Bill did an amazing job to get the tankless water heater installed. Definitely recommend them to anyone.

This is a great company for your plumbing needs. I needed a TPR valve installed and they were able to come out with an hour of my service call. The plumber, Andrew was extremely knowledgeable and honest. He was willing to help me but first he went out of his way to see if I really needed a TPR valve installed. He checked the exterior of the building and found that we already had one. Apparently the home inspector missed it. After all that Andrew gave me a detailed report and didn't charge me even though I took up some of his time. I am a realtor and have never experienced such a quick response or high level of service. I will only use them going forward, I highly recommend!

We used Plumbing Care Inc to install a natural gas line in our house. From start to finish, they did an excellent job at communication, thoroughness, and quality of work. Martin was very helpful from the very beginning, and Daniel came to install the actual gas line. I wish we knew about the city permit a bit earlier, but even though we were late to the game with it, Martin helped us get a city permit in a reasonable time. Would definitely recommend them for their work and will call them up the next time I need their help

Alvictor Saves the Day!

I had a couple of shower valve issues and one of my neighbors recommended Plumbing Care, Inc. I was able to submit my service request through their website and the next morning I got a reply from their office. From there, we set up an appointment.

About 20 minutes before my appointment, I received a text message saying plumber Alvictor was coming. The text also included a picture of Alvictor, which was a nice touch since I knew who was coming and what Alvictor looked like.

Alvictor was polite and neat, even putting booties on before coming in to the house. He quickly fixed one of the issues. However, he discovered that he did not have the right parts for the second valve. After going back to their office a couple of times, he still could not find the correct parts. This is when Alvictor showed me how much he really cared about fixing the issue for me. He made numerous phones to local hardware and specialty stores to no avail. Finally with excitement, he found the exact model that matched mine in Richmond. But it turns out to be Richmond BC, in Canada.

Long story short, he asked his office to order one online and have it shipped overnight. Alvictor came back Saturday afternoon and completed the job to my satisfaction. I would recommend Plumbing Care, Inc., especially Alvictor, to anyone as he is a true professional!

Water Heater Failed
I called them last night at 4:45 pm when our 18 year old water heater gave way. I was in a panic because we could not get the water to shut off (we eventually figured it out). We had a technician, Hristo, in our garage around 6 pm. He helped with several things, helped including helping us to assess what we needed as a replacement, drained the water heater but had to leave on his way to another job. He promised someone, I believe he said his supervisor, would be there shortly. Alvictor, arrived around 7:30 and all was completed - new, larger water heater, installed with a drip pan (previously didn't have one) by around 8:30 or so. Both gentlemen were very polite and helpful.

We called probably 6 other plumbers in the area and none of them were willing to help due to the hour. Michael, who answered the phone at Plumbing Care, was very patient and helpful. He kept us informed as to when we'd have someone at the house. Sent texts with photos & names for each of them so we'd know who to expect.

We can't thank them all enough for the sense of urgency, patience and information to make a good decision about what to replace it with. We'd definitely recommend them.

Called at 8:30 pm for water heater leakage Bill and team were here in a hour and done with installing the new water heater at a very decent price, quite professional work, diligent waited for heater to sound good fixed the crackling noise and then once Bill was satisfied by himself then he went ahead and took the money. Had a nice hot shower today, probably the reason my gas bill was running high hopefully that will go down as well.

3rd time calling them for one ot the other plumbing related work and all 3 times within 24 hours, sometimes prices can get bit on higher side but that comes with the cost of reliability, promptness and great customer care.

Especially with water heater within 4 hours that was amazingg!!!
