Plumbing Care, Inc has been terrific! Their response time is fast. Prices very, very fair!!! We have lived in our home in Danville for 23 years (the home and pipes are 42 years old) and never had any plumbing issues. Well...finally, we did. No toilets nor showers!!! We called a well rated rooter plumbing company to assist us. They snaked our line and charged us what I believed to be a high price. They made a recommendation to employ a camera and add a 2nd clean out. They also said there were no guarantees on the work done that day should it happen again.

SOOO when it happened again less than a month later, I decided to call Plumbing Care, Inc. I'm so glad I did!!! Not only did they snake the line but they guaranteed it for 30 days! They too recommended adding a 2nd clean out for future problems. By the way, snaking the line cost approximately half what the other company charged us. Unfortunately, 6 weeks later, snaking the line proved not to be enough and we were completely blocked again, so I immediately called Plumbing Care. Bill and his crew arrived, removed our toilet and sent the camera down. Sure enough....a compromised elbow pipe under our foundation had an invasion of roots!!! Bill snaked the line for us for free even though it was past the 30 day guarantee.
Then we set up an appointment to add the 2nd clean out and hydro-jet those roots! When it came time for our appointment, Bill and the entire crew worked hours, well into the dark, to get it all completed in one day instead of the original two day estimate!

FYI, I have now recommended Plumbing Care to 3 others who have also become satisfied customers!

My feedback is overdue. Plumbing Care has helped me twice in 2020. First, we purchased a new Bradford White gas water heater from Plumbing Care in January. I did so in large part because the owner, Mike (I believe that's his name), was very forthright and responsive to my questions. They installed it the same day. They warrantee their work for 1 year. Later, when I had a minor issue, I called Plumbing Care and Mike came out to personally review. He did a pressure test and correctly diagnosed that the hot water heater needed a thermal expansion unit, which he ordered and installed at no charge. (Very professional and courteous, btw.) In December, I had a bathroom faucet drain assembly issue in a tight spot that a handyman could not handle and worse, abandoned me in the middle of the job. I called Plumbing Care on a Sunday and Alvictor came out Sunday afternoon. Great communication- Plumbing Care kept me apprised of the most accurate/updated ETA, name of plumber and picture. Alvictor quickly and professionally took care of the issue. I highly recommend Valley Plumbing because they are local (for those of us in San Ramon), seem to be always available, have highly skilled plumbers, and stand behind their work.

Decided to do a self repair because of Covid and trying to minimize people in the house. What a terrible idea. End it up causing more damage to the shower valve causing leaking everywhere. It was on a Saturday and we called to any service that had good reviews and were open. All were very nice and understanding but Dmitry and Plumbing Care really went out of their way and was at the house in an hour to do a consult. He diagnosed the problem and came out on his day off to do the full repair. Thank you so much Dmitry and son. I will be a repeat client, no more self repair/install/anything.

Originally we could only get an appointment the next day per the company operator, Michael. But then I realized they do virtual consultations, so I called michael back and he lined up Dimitry to call us. we shared videos and photos by phone to Dimitry.
Dimitry managed to squeeze us in for a live consultation an hour later, after our call, between his jobs.
He showed up right on time, came in covid coverings, and fixed the issue right there. Very knowledgable and cracked a few jokes which lightened the tense situation at home with our broken shower. We had a problem with our shower cartridge and our neighbor drilled a hole in the pipe somehow.
He quoted by phone and in person the $245 labor and there were no surprise costs.
I also like how prompt and organized they are. You get a text message when someone is headed to your house for a consult and you also get a text message to confirm your appointment time.
