I asked Plumbing Care for an estimate to replace our water heater which was about twenty years old. One of their techs visited our house within a day or two. I received their estimate very quickly. The installers were polite and efficient. I was really impressed by their level of communication which was really impressive and seems to be lacking with many contracting firms these days. I would definitely recommend Plumbing Care.

I noticed that my 15 year old water heater was starting to leak. I called a few plumbers with high ratings on Yelp. Dealing with Andrew from Plumbing Care was such a refreshing and nice experience. He was very helpful, patient and accommodating. He gave me his cell phone (which really was appreciated) and we had a few other conversations after I conferred with a couple other shops. He set me up that afternoon for their service rep to come out and install my new heater. They have great communication flow and were very prompt with everything! Pablo the service rep was very professional, responsible and conscientious. I was very pleased with my experience with Plumbing Care. They were extremely good at communication and keeping me updated on arrival time, what was entailed, warranty, etc. Thank you for the good experience. Andrew and Pablo really wanted to ensure my level of satisfaction.

This company is easy to communicate with and very responsive. Pricing seems fair. I've had them install a tankless hot water heater and most recently a water softener. Install team is knowledgeable and efficient; Dimitry did a great job. Overall good experience.

Agee years ago, I invited them to repair plumbing leaking, later on they changed our heating system, recently they changed our toilet. Good attitude, good service!

We had some minor challenges doing some faucet work in our master bathroom and that led to us needing help right away. The team from plumbing care was super responsive and was able to come out the very next day first thing in the morning to help with the repair. They use a great estimating app on their IPad and it made the process very transparent. After a quick 45 minutes they were all done and on their way. They will be my next call if needed in the future.

When my tank-style hot water heater started making noises, I called one of the other 5 star rated plumbing services listed on Yelp. The technician came out promptly, checked my hot water heater, and told me that it could not be repaired. He had a replacement hot water heater in his truck that he could install right then for $2,500. I held off because I was interested in installing a tankless hot water heater, and that required some electrical wiring. I told him I would get the wiring installed and call him back. I called my regular electrician and explained the situation. He said, ""Call Martin at Plumbing Care."" The technician Martin sent out spent some time diagnosing the problem and told me that it could be fixed. The problem was in the gas valve and burner. It would cost $750, and he couldn't guarantee how long the tank itself might last. It might fail a week after he fixed the gas. But repair was an option, which would buy me time to install the wiring and be ready for a tankless when this unit failed. Also, the first technician had told me that my hot water heater closet was too small for a heat pump hot water heater. But Plumbing Care told me about the Sanco2, which uses a detached heat pump that can be installed outside the closet. So that is an option I will probably pursue. I believe that the first guy just wanted to sell me an overpriced tank-style hot water heater. Plumbing Care was patient and thorough in explaining all the options and gave me good prices.
