One of the greediest plumbers I have ever met. Stay away. Took advantage of me and one of my friends had the same experience. Did a very sloppy faucet installation. Left it loose. He came back to tighten it and over tightened it. It began to leak. Mr Tyson told me I needed a new faucet. I ordered one and the day before the new faucet was being delivered he said he would be around the corner 5 minutes away and would stop by to see why it was leaking. He literally was in my house for one minute and said I need a new one but he had to charge me 75.00 for a service call that I never asked for. Remember he was going to install the new one the next day for 225. So that was 300.00 for what everyone else charges 125 to 175. My friend had him come back to tighten something in his bathroom he put in and began to leak. He was at his house for 5 minutes and charged 250, he said it was 150. for the service call and 100. to tighten what was leaking. Just blatant outrageous greed! Also stood me up two days, never showed up and never even called. My rating would be zero but you are required to pick one of the stars before your review will post.

We have used Plumbing by Tyson for many years now, and we have never had a reason to look elsewhere. Tyson is highly motivated, does a superb job, whether it is him or one of his assistants, and he never fails to see a job through to successful completion. The work is always first rate, and carefully and meticulously done. We are always satisfied with Plumbing by Tyson and have recommended him to a number of our friends when they have plumbing needs. I only wish that some of the other contractors that occasionally come to our house were as talented and conscientious as Tyson Graham. We think that he is simply one of the best.

This company has continually ignored numerous requests to return and check their work which added up to approximately $2000.00 across the board! Continued calls literally fir months... NOW FLOOD DAMAGE AND INSURANCE CLAIM which might have been foreseen and avoided! Ahmen for great attorneys and paper cell trails!

I highly recommend this company. Tyson does superior work, has a great attitude and work ethic, and does very neat and clean work. I have a place that had multiple plumbing issues because of its age and Tyson fixed them all in a short amount of time. It's so nice to have plumbing that works properly again and I can trust that it was done correctly.

From now on - Tyson is the only plumber I will use. Unlike all the others, he gladly gave me a price on the phone, came within 2 hours of my call and kept working at the problem until it was solved. (Overflow in the shower and clogged toilet). Very fair price. Tyson also advised me how to treat my Blanco kitchen sink (rub it with olive oil!). Nice guy, dependable, trustworthy. Glad to know there are honest, hard working people out there who want to get the job done without ripping off their clients. Thanks Tyson!

Very reliable company. I used them a few times and their communication is great and the service is great. They replaced the water supply box and valves in my laundry room replaced a toilet and replaced the outside hose valve. I appreciate the fair service.

This was the worst pluming service my mother has ever used! The plumber which was a young boy came in my mother explained to the plumber what she has been dealing with and the plumber, tells my mother to call the owner and he went back to his truck. When she called the owner, the owner was very nasty and yelling at mother on the phone saying she was rude. And said the his young plumber felt uncomfortable with my mother because of how she came off talking to him rude. Then I went out and spoke to the plumber in his van asking him what the problem was. He said there is no problem. And I said no? Then why is your boss saying to my mother you feel uncomfortable because you think she was being rude. When she only explained what happening with leak. And the plumber Raul Said he never felt uncomfortable and never said that. Then I asked why again is your boss saying you said this. So this was the weirdest most unprofessional experience I had to witness my mother and myself go through. I would not recommend this service.
