This company is illegally operating in Michigan. They are not licensed so they have no commercial insurance to cover damages. Their workers are apprentices which are only supposed to be working under the direct supervision of a master plumber which the company doesn't have.

This company needs to be fined and shut down for operating illegally.

Had an issue from consumer's power (Tip #1, never let them in your house, they are a private company) and Brett showed up the day of the call and took care of the issue quickly. Very professional and we had a great chat as well. I will definitely be calling them for any further concerns, and highly recommend them to anyone that needs an honest repair company.

Set up appointment for a few days out. They canceled a couple hours prior to the appointment time, saying it was due to weather. Woman said they would call back to reschedule. The following day after not hearing from anyone I tried contacting them to reschedule. Called a few times over a couple days leaving voicemails and have yet to receive a return call. Save yourself time and look elsewhere for a company that will actually show up or at least return calls.

Where do I begin? I called for an outdoor gas leak. Estimated $600-800 repair. They came and cut an outdoor gas line, told me it was easier than they thought and only charged me $235. I started smelling gas INSIDE the house. They came back. Replaced some lines in my crawlspace. Charged me $800, Told me that I was lucky my house hadn't exploded. I gave them $1500. I still smelled gas. They came back. Diddled around the furnace. Told me that I'm ok! I had Brett put a sensor into the floor by the dryer because I could still smell gas. The sensor read to its highest setting. Brett did more work and I was left being told I was safe.

I woke up abruptly at 6am the next day to my entire house smelling of gas with many windows open. I was scared and drove to my parents house. Brett came back and took apart and redid all the work he did the previous day before realizing the problem originated from the pipe they had sawed two days prior telling me it was an easy fix. I have reason to suspect they caused more damage to the pipe when sawing it causing much more severe leaks because I hadn't smelled gas inside the house before. Brett fixed it and was calm, polite, and kind the entire time. He left. I STILL smelled gas. I was starting to think I was crazy, but I did the soapy water test and one of the connections in the furnace line was strongly leaking. I turned the gas off to the furnace and made an appointment for the next week rather than having them have to come out again on a weekend since I wasn't in immediate danger. The next morning I had no hot water. I called and they just thought I didn't know how to ignite my hot water heater. But there was no gas connection at the hotwater heater! The owner, Brian came out this time. He was defensive, rude, worried that he wasn't on his boat, He told me and my father that he was doing extra work for free that he didn't have to do. He drilled and ran a new line to reconnect the gas from the dryer to the hot water tank and was finally able to ignite the pilot light. I asked him several times to sketch a simple layout of the work that was done so I can understand what is going on. I wanted to know where these lines were connected and capped off in case I have problems in the future. His answer was always ""you're good. Everything is fine. Trust me."" I didn't trust him at this point because I've been left twice in dangerous levels of gas leak situations. He was very condescending, wouldn't listen to our questions. When I went into the crawlspace myself, it was clear to me that they did not replace all the lines. Which is perfectly acceptable, but don't lie to me and tell me you did replace them all
When I asked him again about a sketch as he was leaving, his response was ""for another $1000 I'm done here."" I lost my patience and yelled at him that they easily could have killed me with major gas leaks TWICE! They left me with a leak near my furnace and a live gas line only connected on one end left dangling in the wall. I have a different company fixing it right now. This situation was unacceptable. They turned my small outdoor leak into several dangerous leaks, charged me for new piping that probably didn't have to be done, and tried to act as heroic saviors fixing the problems that they caused
