A simple outside faucet repair turned into a big ordeal when he couldn't remember how to put the faucet back together right and used force to stop the leakage several times. It was worse after the seals were replaced. I was warned by someone to watch out for this very thing. . Now the faucet is broken and $2-300 to replace it!. A $25 faucet is going to cost me $300 or more ,, Because of lack of expertise, experience or parts. ?

They do an awesome job! They fixed my leaky faucet and replaced a toilet we hadn't been able to use for months. The employees were professional and the staff at the office was amazing.

I've contacted this business two separate times. The first time everything went smooth and they did the job great but the second one was not the case at all. I've had a leak in my basement shower, causing the floor's tiling to be sitting in water. This occurred during Memorial weekend so I called Tuesday first thing and they couldn't come out until Friday. An employee ended up coming Thursday to assess the situation and was still planning to come Friday. I took the day off from work to be home all day waiting on the call because I wasn't informed on any general time they would be coming. By 5:00 no one had called so we called the man that had been there yesterday and automatically he said that another employee was supposed to call us today and tell me they needed to reschedule because it would take a day's worth of work. But he did not call and here I am stuck with a basement floor covered in water for the entire weekend as they are closed Saturday and Sunday. So now my basement has been sitting in water for a full week probably ruining the tile. I called the business Monday morning and got no apologies as I was talking to the man who was supposed to call me Friday to tell me they were not coming. He then laughed at me when I said I wanted a discount for the time that was wasted of mine and the day's worth of pay that I had missed because of taking the day off. After that he was very rude on the phone and acted as if they had not done anything wrong. Needless to say, my basement is still filled with water and I will be looking for another business to come into my home and handle the issue properly.

Don't use these people. they overcharge do more damage than they repair. .134Yes I did use them to fix a shower faucet. Charged me $361.13 left big hole in my laundry room wall and now the pipe that the shower head connects to is loose. Going to have to call a different plumber to fix the loose shower pipe and a carpenter to repair wall. Stay away from these people unless you just want to throw away money.
