These guys are the best option in San Angelo. They beat the competitions price by a large margin andI got a quote from everyone. The workers are also nice. Use them

I had a great experience with the guys from Plumbing By Rick. I had two quotes given, and they were much more affordable and able to fit me in for a repair day of and I ended up needing a new system. They fit me in for install the next day. They charge hourly and Jacob and Alec got the install done in an hour... saved me money and got it done quickly. Very professional and knowledgeable in their field.

when the plumbers first showed up they were great. however once the job became larger and we refused to pay their outrageous prices and decided to dig the yard up ourselves. The "Plumbers" made false claims to their boss so they didn't have to come back. Also if y'all wives or daughters in your home be advised the "Plumbers" seemed to enjoy talking about how they "get to take longer and watch the women on their odd jobs Sometimes getting to see them naked." worst company in San Angel better off doing the job yourself. Save your money don't use Plumbing By Rick.

On the hot water side, I have an old house and the entire system (pipes) had to be replaced. Rick provided a very quick (and free) estimate, and the work was scheduled quickly. Isaac and Taylor were thoughtful, courteous, quick, efficient, and extremely professional young men. They kept me informed every step of the way. The estimate was fair, and was significantly less than what I'd been quoted by another company. I will definitely call them again if I have future plumbing issues.

When I called, I specifically stated that I need the master bathroom's faucet looked at because there is no cold water. Randy was supposed to come on Tuesday but called late Tuesday afternoon to reschedule to Wednesday. I was understanding and agreeable to that inconvenience.
While here on July 14, 2021, Randy went into the hallway bathroom and said the faucet broke. He then proceeded to go to the store. He replaced the hallway bathroom faucet he broke and billed us almost $300 (see attachment). To my dismay, he planned to bill us a similar amount when he returned to fix the problem I did call about.
Randy defends this by saying that it would have broken anyways and that my husband went along with it. My husband feels he did not have a choice because Randy did not ask, he simply went to the other bathroom and broke what was a working faucet. & Sure, maybe, it would have broken in the future, but he had no business in that bathroom in the first place! The work order should have only addressed what I called about- one master room bathroom. It is ironic that $300 later, the bathroom faucet in question remains unaddressed. In addition, I do not think it is fair that they bill the customer for "helper labor"; especially when it is a one-person job. I was also not aware that I would be billed for driving/shopping time x 2 or advised of alternatives to the "convenience fee."
I may have overlooked all these unknowns if my problem was resolved. I reached out to the owners, and they took Randy's account as facts and offered no resolution. I will be disputing this transaction with my credit card company.

This was my first "thing" I've done on my own as a new widow. My kitchen drain from the '70s I think needed to be replaced. I called a couple places for service charge quotes, holy cow, I was stunned at the price of just coming to the house! I chose Plumbing By Rick because the other places I called were answered by either bored or unfriendly people. The lady who answered Rick was friendly and the price she quoted was the same as the others. The plumbers (or techs) were polite, fast and efficient. They kept the work to an hour plus parts, which I appreciated.
I'll call them for any future plumbing issues.

These folks were good at their jobs but didn't bring the correct materials and had to come back the next day. They were friendly and knowledgeable. If you call these folks be sure you hide your pocketbook
cause they are really proud of themselves.

Just moved into a fairly older home here in San Angelo (built 1972) and already we were having a mysterious plumbing issue. A septic clean out and several days of snaking we finally decided to give Plumbing by Rick a call and we are so glad we did! Not only were they able to figure out what the heck was going on with our pipes but they were able to handle it within a day of calling them! Serious shout out to Bailey and his team for being super swift, polite, and just efficient in handling our plumbing needs! Will definitely call again if needed and for sure we recommend them to all!

Rick was gone but left detailed message on how to get in contact with his associate. Tanner answered the phone and we set up a time, he was here when expected. Cleared out my drains and stayed to make sure everything worked. He was great. No complaints. I found this guy here on Yelp! And saw he responded to reviews and was impressed

Can't say enough good about Rick and staff! They came out quickly and handled several challenging jobs inside and outside the house. I feel very confident in the quality of the work and will definitely call him again.
