Worst experience possible. Less than a year after a complete bathroom renovation, the plumbing was backing up. After having the line cleaned several times, I had no choice but to pay the $350.00 camera fee to see what was happening down there. THEY INSTALLED THE DRAIN LINES WITH NO PITCH!!! All the waste is sitting in the drain lines. I'll need to rip out all of the plumbing they installed in my brand new bathroom. In addition they put the shower drain in the incorrect place, they poured the concrete over it after we discussed several times THAT DAY where the drain was going. All the fixtures are falling off the wall in the shower, and this is after they came back and """"fixed the issue"""". Do not fall for these used car salesmen.

Called Plumbing by Paul for help with a clogged soil pipe backing up to two bathrooms. I explained that it was not an emergency because we have a utility bathroom in the garage that was not affected. An appointment was scheduled for the next day. The tech, Tyler, showed up as scheduled, was polite and professional, did a great job and didn't mind me watching and asking questions. They will be first call if (when?!) we need plumbing services again.

These guy is very bad. They refuse to run the camera through a clogged mày sewage. Charge me $300 for video camera down the sewage pipe for 5 minutes. They dont provide any hard video because camera dont record. They have 2 guy out there said 2 different answer to find the problem.

In February 2023, I contacted Plumbing by Paul, LLC to obtain a CCTV Video Inspection to give to the county who was offering rebates for inspection and report. They performed the inspection and issued a report on February 9. When I submitted it to the county, I also needed a VIDEO of the inspection. I called and they sent someone with the RECORDING video equipment on February 21. I have contacted them 3 times on the telephone and left messages with no return call and I have emailed them several times with no response. Additionally, I have written the owner of the company and again....no reply. I cannot attest to the quality of their other services, but I would not use them again. BTW, the report of the first and second inspections yielded different results....

I asked to have my 50 year old pipes scrapped. employee came out and said $361. I explained what I wanted again. He then raised price to $671 because I have a tile roof. He went on roof and came down in a couple of minutes. After I paid him the plumber tried to tell me I needed pipes scrapped which is what I ordered and had discussed with him. When I asked him what I paid for he ran off. Management won't take or return my call. Totally unethical. Avoid like the plaque.

Just wanted to thank Jay, the plumber sent to repair/replace my garbage disposal this morning. He arrived on time, assessed the problem and replaced the disposal efficiently, cleaning up everything and keeping me informed of what he was doing. He was very personable and efficient. Thank you Plumbing By Paul!! I know who to call with my plumbing needs now.

I would not recommend the Plumber - Plumbing By Paul to do any Plumbing, Toilet Repair, Water Heater Installation, Toilet Installation, or any Plumbing related activities. I had them come out to a property to get a list of items completed and instead of doing anything that was listed in the items to be completed they decided to pull the toilet and complete a main line service which was not requested and preceded to send me a bill for $425 for the main line stoppage and then an access fee of $150. This was not the work that was requested by the company, this work was not authorized, but was the only thing that was completed. Plumbing By Paul did not complete any of the items that were actually requested by their company and insisted that the bill be paid or they would lien the property. I feel this is a horrible way to do business and just want everyone to be wary of companies that operate dishonestly.

When using the tub shower, after pulling up the diverter there seemed to be more water coming from the spout then I thought there should be, which affected the shower pressure as well. Also, I needed the tub drain stopper and overflow plate replaced. I reached out through """"Next Door"""" for recommendations for a plumber. Plumbing by Paul was one of the most recommended. I called and made an appointment. The office staff who answered the phone couldn't be more pleasant and friendly. Jay was the plumber who came out to take care of the issues. He was very personable and informative. He took his time and everything now works perfectly. I highly recommend Plumbing by Paul!

I don't recommend Plumbing by Paul for several reasons. The customer service is terrible. Specially the two girls who answer the phone. They are really bad at following up with things and returning calls. My experience with them was that once they had payment, they pretty much forget about you. The two girls who answer the phone will tell you something like """"We will call you back later today"""" and that will not occur but the first thing they ask once the job is done is that need payment without even giving you a report of what they've done or found.
