I spoke to two ladies on the phone, both of whom were extremely nice. I was given a 2 hour window, which was nice, and received a courtesy call when they were on the way. Austin was super nice and very informative. He gave a lot of info, but never once made me feel stupid. He knew his stuff and pretty much solved the problem. My drains are flowing and my husband got the rest sorted. It was pretty pricey, but I guess that's how it works. Next time you need a plumber... better call Paul

Huge shout out to Plumbing By Paul! We had a blockage in our double sink. They kept backing up into each other with a very slow drain. I called PbP yesterday, Kyle & Al were here this morning and got us cleared out & squared away very quickly! Awesome crew w/ a fantastic company! Highly recommend!!

JR was my plumber from Plumbing By Paul. He showed up on time, was polite, respectful and neat. He fixed the 2 issues I had, then showed me the work and asked if I had any questions. It was not a huge job but he treated it like it was a very important one. The price was very fair. I am grateful for the amazing service. If you have ever read the book Raving Fans, you will know what kind of experience this was. Best ever!

He arrived on time, assessed the problem and replaced the disposal efficiently, cleaning up everything and keeping me informed of what he was doing. He was very personable and efficient. I would not recommend the Plumber - Plumbing By Paul to do any Plumbing, Toilet Repair, Water Heater Installation, Toilet Installation, or any Plumbing related activities. I had them come out to a property to get a list of items completed and instead of doing anything that was listed in the items to be completed they decided to pull the toilet and complete a main line service which was not requested and preceded to send me a bill for $425 for the main line stoppage and then an access fee of $150. This was not the work that was requested by the company, this work was not authorized, but was the only thing that was completed. Plumbing By Paul did not complete any of the items that were actually requested by their company and insisted that the bill be paid or they would lien the property. I feel this is a horrible way to do business and just want everyone to be wary of companies that operate dishonestly.
