Highly recommend Plumbing by Kirk.

Our original water heater gave in after 10+ years and we saw water in the garage floor. After not being impressed by how another company handled our call/estimate and sales (very expensive, very pushy), we called Plumbing by Kirk as we had done bathtub faucet work previously with them.
We first called after 6 pm on the day of the leak and left voicemail, but got a call back within a few minutes to discuss the rough estimate, what work would be performed and scheduled for 8 am the next morning.

Brian came in the morning the next day and was honest about the price, what was included, what work would be done and by when. He even suggested that I could save some money by checking in on Yelp. We had some doubts to research and so asked to schedule at a later time. They did not charge us anything for the diagnostics.

Matt then came at the new scheduled time, as promised, and did a great job replacing the water heater ensuring everything was done by city codes. He even answered a flurry of our questions regarding the water heaters and city code changes, etc.

Phillip from Plumbing by Kirk came out to my house and gave me a free estimate, which is almost unheard of in the plumbing sector. I wanted the kitchen sink, faucet and garbage disposal removed and new ones install. This is where my second surprise came in, their price was very reasonable and the job that Phillip did was superb. They even gave me a discount for being a veteran, so all you vet out there these are the guys to call for all your plumbing needs. I definitely recommend Plumbing by Kirk.

Garrett (who booked our appointment) communicated with us clearly so we could understand things and went above and beyond to provide us with excellent customer service. The installers, Matt and Shane, came by with a professional attitude and a great sense of humor. They did a great job installing our water heater in a timely manner.

I contacted Plumbing by Kirk after using three different companies to fix
my tankless water heater. Ryan came out to fix our problem and immediately discovered the problem. Ryan was extremely professional and wasn't trying to rip me off. I don't usually write reviews but these guys were the best. I would definitely use these guys again. If you have any issues with tankless water heater I would ask for Ryan. Not only did I have him fix my tankless water heater but I had him fix some other issues at my home. They were reasonable with pricing and very professional. We updated our kitchen and wanted to add a new single basin sink instead of an old 2 basin one. Took out the old sink with no issues, but when we put in the new sink, it overlapped the granite counter top where the faucet and soap dispenser were going to go. Couldn't find anybody to drill a hole in my existing granite until i found Plumbing by Kirk. I called and spoke to Kirk directly and told me they could do . . . the next day!! We had been living without a sink for a few days already, and with 2 kids that wasn't easy. Kirk and one of his guys (I think Garrett) swung by and drilled the holes successfully AND also plumbed everything up with no issues! They were super nice, super professional and all at a very competitive price. I would totally recommend Kirk's business to anybody looking for a great company to do some plumbing! These guys went above and beyond to get our kitchen looking great!!
