We had amazing service by Plumbing by Kirk. We called them and they came by two hours later. Two men came (Brian and I don't remember the second name). They were in and out in less than forty minutes and solved our problems. They were both very friendly and polite. They gave me a lot of advice and also told me that I could call them any time and they would give free advice or walk me through any problem. They really do care about the business, their name and their focus is honest and quality service. It is so refreshing to find an honest business that actually cares about the customers. Try them, you won't regret it!

Called because we had a leaky valve in my children's bathroom. They came on time and were friendly and professional. My complaint is with the cost. I looked up the cost of the parts that they used, and AT MOST, an angle stop and supply line should have cost $20. They charged me $44 for parts, which is more than double what they should have cost. I was also charged for 2 people to work on the job, which cost me $125. It was most definitely a one person job that took maybe 30 minutes at most. I was charged $175 total, which just seems crazy to me for the work that needed to be done. I don't usually write reviews, but I hate being ripped off. I probably won't call again if/when there is a bigger issue because I feel that I was way overcharged for a very small job. Ugh. Next time, I will be sure to do my homework before calling someone out. Lesson learned.

I don't normally write negative reviews, but I just wanted to warn people not to buy an American Standard water heater. I had other work done by Kirk's plumbers, and by Kirk, and it was excellent. Because of that, I trusted Kirk when he sold me an American Standard water heater in November of 2014. It has gone out five times since then...and I really wish I had never bought it. American Standard told me that the parts were on back order and they didn't know when they would receive them. It cost me $1,460. to buy the heater and pay for the work bring it up to code. A year and a half later, it has gone out for the fifth time. I have already spent $250.00 ""fixing"" it. Three different reputable plumbers have told me that American Standard water heaters are nonstop problems. One plumber I had for fifteen years won't even work on them. He said he was losing business because the customers would get mad when he charged them to fix them. They break constantly. I had the second set of parts put in on Friday evening, and the water heater was out again by noon on Sunday. I have complained to American Standard and asked for a refund. This is the worst plumbing experience I have ever had in my life. This is a defective water heater. It is costing customers hundreds of dollars in repairs that don't last. It is causing plumbers to lose business. The customers are exasperated and frustrated. The plumbers need to make a living, so they choose other work, and say they're too busy. Don't buy one, They're terrible. There's something faulty in the design. I still have no hot water.

Recently my water heater went out. I reached out to them and unfortunately they are real busy over the next couple days, but we're able to get me scheduled for a replacement later that week.

Elkie in the office had the foresight to ask me if I could send some pictures of the water heater to make sure there won't be issues with the install. She happened to notice or current heater was only 3 years old and could be covered under warranty. This heater has failed 3 times already in a year and we were done with this heater. Most plumbers install the Bradford White heaters and I always wondered how the box store American Standard heaters would do and now I know.

The installers Dave and Brian showed up on-time as promised and did a great job installing the new heater. They had a great sense of humor and were very polite. They cleaned up the area and verified everything worked.

Two days after the install Elkie called to make sure everything worked.

If you want a quality plumber give them a call. I don't know if they are the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and I appreciate the customer service, quality, and professionalism. The fact they use text message to review pictures in advance versus showing up and saying ""whoops"" is great! Saves me times which saves money.

Called them and the lady in the office was super nice,took down my info,and had the guys down at my house in about an hour!
They got it fixed when another company said that parts were not available,,,
I would definitely use them again,,,

Had an issue with our disposal that couldn't be fixed by searching on the web. Kirk had me call him (on Memorial Day weekend, no less) and walked my wife and I (who know absolutely zero about plumbing) through an easy fix and saved us $325 in the process. I will defintiely be calling him the next time I have a plumbing issue that can't be fixed over the phone. Thanks Kirk!

Overpriced for parts and labor. They send 2 plumbers (trainee?) and charge for 2. Didn't come in the first window, nor the second. Arrived after 5pm and refused to estimate another job, that I requested when I scheduled job. Wouldn't even look at it.

I was charged over $500 for a drip in a garage cold line that turned into a pressure regulator replacement.

The kicker was that there was a faucet also installed at same location that THEY informed me was dripping and they weren't going to replace it.

So I call you out for a leak and you consider it good work to leave me with a different leak at the same spot but still want to charge me $500 for the job?

Will not use them again.

Called another Plumber in the Morning and they never called or showed, called Plumbing by Kirk late in the afternoon and they were here within a hour as promised, my clog was a disaster with originally plumbing be installed improperly, but his crew worked diligently to find a answer eventually even Kirk himself came to my property and with his help they were able to diagnose and fix the problem. Never have I seen such professionalism and respect for my home as their crew. I am a General Contractor myself and will gladly not only refer them but will try and use them on my own projects in the future.
Thank You Kirk and your Crew for clearing my lines and educating me on what might have caused the problems.

These guys are the real deal. I spoke to Kirk on the phone when I was having difficulty with replacing a gas valve over the holiday weekend and Kirk went above and beyond to walk me through over the phone what should have been an easy swap prior to scheduling time to come out. Now THAT'S customer service. I ended up breaking the valve so I did schedule time with his very polite and accommodating receptionist and the two plumbers that came to my home were totally cool, personable and completed the job with exceptional quality. Resonable price as well. No need to look any further. He definitely has a customer for life.
