Great Experience and Customer Service - Was in need of a plumber quickly...our kids tub would not turn off. So naturally we searched google...and came across Plumbing by Kirk. Read a few of the reviews and also saw they were still open...it was after 6:00pm. After placing a call, Kirk called me back. He asked a few questions and told me he could walk me though the fix. I sent him a couple pics, he told me what to pick up at Home Depot / Lowes. Got back home, I gave him a call and via FaceTime, he walked me through the repair. Of course the faucet cartridge did not come out easily, but he told me everything to do. Once I got it out, via text, he walked me through the installation of my new part and the adjustment of the handle...even the next morning. The whole time, Kirk was providing excellent customer service, super friendly, reassuring...and best of all...the only out of pocket cost was my trip to HD/Lowes for the parts. There was no price gouging or charging for coming out, or even the FaceTime call. Will definitely be calling Kirk and his team if the need arises in the future. Good to know there are still honest, trustworthy people (plumbers) out there. I HIGHLY recommend Plumbing by Kirk.

Not good! Came and did some work on a water heater... and then never came back! No call, no explanation. Didn't fix it, but never even charged for their labor. They left us wondering and calling for days until we finally moved on. Too small, too sketchy! Bad job, Kirk!

I've used Kirk's team twice in the past year - once for a laundry tap issue and most recently for a outside drain pipe blockage.

The reviews are spot on - these guys are professional, experienced, efficient and friendly. They are clear with their pricing and very easy to schedule work calls with.

Ryan and Dave came out last week to clear out yard drain blockage and worked till after dark to get the job done. They tried every possible way/angle to clear the blockage and finally managed to make it happen.

Awesome work ethic - highly recommend.

I have never written a review before, but in this instance I felt the need to let everyone know how disappointed I was in the service. Under no circumstances should you use these clowns. The first visit was intended to included replacing the garbage disposal, replacing the tub valves and checking the interior fixtures. The $500.00 bill resulted in the replacement of a garbage disposal, but they just could not figure out why the aerator for the dishwasher spewed water and they bought the wrong valves for the tub. Upon their return and for an additional $500.00 they replaced the tub valves and two toilet valves. So, for a $1,000.00, they replaced a garbage disposal, one set of bathtub valves and two toilet valves. Not a reasonable fee.

Brain snd Dave showed up a little late, but was smiling and nice. They assess the problem and made recommendations. I needed a new garbage disposal. They explain the labor and material cost. I did not feel rushed to make a decision. They installed a new Appliance within 1 hour. I would recommend their services.

Water heater broke this morning with water leaking in garage. Thankfully I was home and turned off main water. Called at 11:30 at 1:30 Matthew showed up. He was my 3rd plumber and he was the right one. I chose a tankless gas water heater. Less space, guaranteed 12 years. He took old one out, installed new tankless one. All done by 4:15 and permits too. Most effective repair I've ever had. Now I can finish the garage wall too. Yay!!! Thank you!!!

As always, Kirk never disappoints. Called in a leaking water heater around 4pm, an hour later, he and crew showed up and started the job. We are repeat customers for a reason. Thanks Kirk.

Let me just say that Kirk saved me! I got myself into a pickle with a kitchen faucet that wouldn't turn off and I couldn't figure out how to turn off the water properly to get it to stop running. Oh and it was 9pm! I called the company and Kirk himself called me back. He told me he wanted to save me money (have you ever heard a contractor say that to you??? Seriously, this guy is a saint!) and not come out to the house if he could help it, so he literally got on Facetime with me and walked me through several steps (including figuring out the main water shut off to the house) and we got the water off... thankfully before my husband came home to what could have been real chaos! I'm so grateful for his quick response, willingness to walk me through this and his kind words. I totally stumbled on Plumbing by Kirk but would recommend him in a heartbeat. THANK YOU Kirk for being amazing and not charging me even after I offered.

We had two toilets replaced and old one hauled away. The experience was excellent and the price was very reasonable. They even waited around long enough for my husband to go purchase the second toilet. I'm glad I gave them a try, I longer have to search for a good plumber.
