They put their customers' interests first, which has been our experience on numerous plumbing issues over the years and different places we've lived. I've even been talked out of a service call before because my plumbing issue was something I could easily fix with just a little guidance. An honest appraisal like that is invaluable as a homeowner.

So, recently we moved from Burbank to Valencia. As part of this process we needed to obtain a washer and dryer unit to be installed at our new townhouse. During the course of installing the new washer and dryer units everything appeared to go smoothly until my wife tried to do a load of laundry. As she attempted this, water came pouring out of the cold water feed with no end in sight. She tried shutting down the water line to no avail until she was able to make an emergency call to Matthew from Plumbing by Kirk, Inc. Matthew slowly walked her through a step-by-step process of what to do and how. By this time water had seeped through the Laundry Room and into the Garage and everything was chaos. Matthew not only was able to help her at the moment that the incident occurred, he also came out on a Sunday to assess the damage and determine what the repairs might entail. Shockingly, upon inspection, Matthew found that one of our water hoses did not have a rubber washer in place that he felt would solve the issue. He put a new one in and tried turned on the water. IT WORKED! It turns out that a simple washer solved the problem! What struck me about this whole interaction between Matthew and my wife and I is how HONEST he was. He could have soaked us for a big bill and chose to take the high road instead. Just like his card from the company says, ""creating customers for life"", do you think that we will go anywhere else with our plumbing problems in the future? NOT.

Woke up last Thursday morning to find my water heater had burst. One phone call to Plumbing by Kirk and we had repairs underway in less than an hour. They arranged for the restoration work and assisted me with submitting claims to my insurance company.

I couldn't be happier with the service they provided me and will use no one else in the future. Look no further if you are in need of a plumber!

I called Plumbing by Kirk and within 3 days,Ryan and Phillip came early and looked at my problem. They are both so polite and courteous. After 10 minutes, told me that it wasn't a plumbing problem that caused the flooding in my kitchen floor but a refrigerator problem at no charge. One plumbing company endorsed by a church was charging a flat fee just to come plus charge every 15 mins.. wow.. but Kirk plumbing din't charge a penny. Kudos to the company. I will surely recommend to all my friends.Bravo Zulu to the company.

I wish I could give plumbing by Kirk 10 stars. I needed a new drain put in and I bought the drain but spent 4 days trying to remove it so I called Kirks plumbing who came out the next day and my appnt was 2-4 and he came right on time and called before he came. Matthew came out and had that drain out in seemed like a minute, installed the new drain that I had bought and the best part did not even charge me, what a blessing, now no more leaky shower, they are the most experienced, friendly, knowledgeable plumbers out there. I will never call another plumber due to their excellent Customer service. Thank you Plumbing by Kirk and especially Matthew !! Also the gentlemen who answers the phone is very helpful and extremely friendly

We called Plumbing by Kirk around 9:30am to request their service on a water leak from somewhere under our kitchen sink. The Customer Service representative taking our call advised us their technician could arrive between 2:00 and 4:00pm today and provide a free estimate before performing the work.
At 3:00pm, the company called back to say their technicians were five minutes away, and true to that statement, Matthew and Sean arrived five minutes later.
They immediately investigated the problem, discovered the source of the leak and remedied it all within a matter of minutes.
Their fee for this service was reasonable and the service proved to be excellent.
Looking for a quality plumbing company in Santa Clarita, you have found it. Plumbing by Kirk.

We had an estimate of $1000 for faucet repair including going through a wall for access to a bathtub. These guys came in and within one hour fixed 3 faucets that were leaking without and wall holes for under $300. Guys were very nice and conscious of cleaning and not messing our house up in any way. I highly recommend them! Pros all the way!
