Jacob is definitely god sent! I know nothing about plumbing whatsoever. Contacting someone to come look at my toilet was something I was dreading. After about 10 calls and overpriced quotes, I reached Jacob! His prices are more than fair! He did a whole walk through of my place and pointed out what I needed to get done and he explained everything throughly.

Don't waste your time calling other plumbers. Plumbing by Jacob is the only plumber I will be calling from now on. I have had multiple plumbers come out in the last year and they seem to wanna charge the plumber money but don't really wanna do the plumber work. I called yesterday about an issue with the sewer line under the main bathroom, and he immediately stood out from others just over the phone: he took the care and time to ask questions over the phone to make sure he had a good idea of the source of the problem, which he identified as more than a simple clog.

We scheduled an estimate for this morning, and he was able to stay to snake the main line and run a camera down to identify the root cause: the main line was installed at a bad grade/angle and has a weird lip in one section that is causing standing water in the line and is the trouble spot where the snake was needed. Our clog is gone and now we have valuable information and to help us move forward with what is needed. I really appreciate Jacob's service and the information he shared!

I have a leak around my water meter that the water company said I have to fix. They said it was the main line connecting to the water meter. Jacob came out , saw that the meter wasn't moving for at least 10 minutes, which points to the leak not coming from the main line. To save me money, he gave me some tips on how to troubleshoot this leak. Jacob was very knowledgeable, and very professional. I highly recommend him.

We were expecting overnight houseguests and unexpectedly had a mainline stoppage that backed up all the bathrooms in the house. I called Jacob mid afternoon on a Monday about a leak that I could not find. He showed up that same afternoon after finishing up another job to help find the leak. Once we found it, he determined that it would be something I could fix easily. He gave me a quick tutorial on how to replace an overflow gasket (it was easy), and then went on his way without charging me a dime. Jacob's honesty and professionalism were refreshing especially when I thought I was going to have to spend an arm and a leg to get a pipe fixed. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I found Jacob on yelp and called him due to a leak in the pipe fitting on my washing machine. He fixed it right away and taught me how to do it if it happened again. Also fixed my annoying running toilet. So great to have such a fast response from a contractor. I'm totally going to use him to install my new toilet and sink.

The gas company found a leak by my meter during a routine check of the neighborhood. As a result, they disconnected my service until the leak was fixed. I needed someone reliable and available relatively quickly. I found Jacob on Yelp and I'm glad I did. He was here in a couple of hours and my problem was fixed in less than a hour.
