Jacob came out to our home to unclog our kitchen sink piping which was backing up. Jacob was very personable and honest. He did not upsell anything and did not try to sell us additional services that we did not need. He focused on the problem at hand and remedied it efficiently. It was clear in his examination and diagnosis of the problem that he is very knowledgeable in his field. His pricing was very reasonable. Finding an honest and affordable plumber is a rarity. We will happily use Jacob for all future plumbing jobs.

My dad told me a plumber was coming by while I was home alone (not the most fun thing to hear as a young woman because people can be weird) and I'm glad that it was Jacob (and his apprentice) that my dad hired! Jacob was super friendly and had great manners, he made a point to ask my name and wipe his shoes thoroughly before entering the house. My dad had quite a bit of tasks for Jacob to take care of and he got through them all in good time with a great attitude. He even checked out an extra issue in our upstairs bathroom that was not part of what he came over to do. My dad told me an estimate of how much it should cost since I was going to have to deal with the payment and the amount Jacob's total came out to matched it so he was honest with me about the price even though it was clear I don't know anything about what he was doing or the pricing. We will definitely be going to Jacob again for any other plumbing needs we have and are excited to try his homemade Thai chili beef jerky that he gave us a massive piece of. I saw Jacob twice in one week. He reseated a leaky toilet for me. He came the same day I called and worked quickly and efficiently. Six days later I stopped up my kitchen sink, big time. I tried Home Depots drain cleaner two times the same night and the clog didn't budge. So, I called Jacob again. He came out the next morning and cleaned it out from under the sink so he could use a larger diameter snake. He was able to go 75 feet and thoroughly clear the line. My house is 60 years old so he suggested installing a kitchen clean out valve behind my sink which could be accessed from outside so future problems would be easily taken care of. I will be doing that in a few weeks. No one else ever made that suggestion. He really knows what he is doing and his prices are honest and fair. I would recommend Jacob for anyone that needs a great plumber.
