Jacob didn't end up doing any paid work on our house, but he gave us some sage advice that could apply to other areas in your home. ""If it isn't broken don't fix it"". We called Jacob to get a second opinion, and he basically saved us a lot of money by recommending against the work that another company tried to sell us. He did have some recommendation items that would improve the quality of our plumbing, but he wasn't pushy about it.

If there's a plumber at your house and it starts to feel like you're buying a car, walk away. Talk to Jacob and get your work done by him. We know we'll be going to him in the near future.

I had an issue and Jacob resolved it quickly. It was a last minute request, as plumbing issues usually are. From the phone call to the repair it took Jason less than 2 hours. He came when he said he would and there was no waiting. He did what he said he'd do in minutes.

Jacob was available to come out same day, within two hours actually, to save our clogged kitchen sink drain. Worked incredibly hard, got our sink drain back up and running and acknowledged we'd likely be better suited replacing components in the near future. Came out and got me right after another crackpot butchered my job. He repaired all of my angle stops the right way! Opened wall to repair drain line, noticed it was an HOA issue and notified me he would not need to perform the extra work - Honest & gave fair price adjustment due to the change of scope. Finished the drain line under the sink the right way. Made sure there were no leaks and immediately came back out to address another HOA issue that same day!
