Plumbing By Fisher has been serving the De Soto area since 1996. The company became incorporated in 2006 under the leadership of Tim Fisher, who is the President and CEO/COO. Mark H.These guys might be good at plumbing but when they need to take the driving test again. They like to use there middle finger and have a huge anger issue. Learn to drive and be kind to everyone. When the name of your company is on your truck you are representing that company. Don't be an ass.
