This guy is the real deal. He works hard, he works smart, and he works quickly. I really appreciated his professional, efficient, and fair service.

The first time he cleaned my drain, he showed up in the early evening so that I didn't have to leave work early. The next time I had some repiping to do, he showed up early so that I wasn't too late for work. He offered me the receipt for the hardware and charged me at COST, no markup. He bought quality parts and installed a clean-out to make it easier to service in the future. He communicates well on the phone and via email, and he took pictures of his work to show progress. Obviously, I was impressed.

He deserves all of the five-star reviews that have been written. Thanks, Edward, and great work.

Stellar workmanship and personality, went over the board and not only fixed my shower head (just one fix he did on his last visit) but modified it for my taller height at no additional charge. He went to Home Depot also to purchase the necessary parts to make it happen/

This man has been plumbing since he could hold a wrench (30+ yrs), and he's got the stories to prove it.

Called Edward to fix some badly installed plumbing, Edward was great, very fair price, clean, quiet (my son even took his nap while Edward was working pretty much right outside his door) - will call him in the future for any plumbing needs!

This morning my faucet broke and I called Edward right away based on his Yelp ratings. I was afraid that the ratings might be fake since everyone gave him a five star, but he looks so nice and kind in his pictures, I decided to give it a shot.

I am so glad that I did, and the other ratings are definitely legit. He is very down to earth and friendly, he offered to go to home depot with me to pick out the new faucet (at no charge), and offered me a very competitive hourly rate (no overtime charge on the weekend), and at the end, he gave me a cash discount!!

Ever since my parents bought our house in Irvine the hot water never worked upstairs. After Edward came to my boyfriends house to do the gas line at his house, Edward was the person that I wanted to help us with the hot water problem. He helped fix the problem and I am happy to say that we finally have hot water again! I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone!

He's down to earth, honest, friendly, easy to work with, and takes pride in his work. He does a clean and professional job, and won't try to upsell you.

Not only will you have the piece of mind knowing that you're working with an expert with over 25 years of experience, you'll also have the good karma of supporting Edward's missionary work. Edward is a philanthropist of sorts, and invests his profits in his charity, Another Child Touched. It benefits needy children in Vietnam. That's not to say you'll be overcharged. In fact, he undercut anyone else I called by a decent margin.

My experience:

On Saturday night, something in my water heater (approximately 20 days out of it's 6 year warranty) burst. About 20 gallons of water gushed out rapidly and flooded my office. On Sunday, I called a number of local plumbers to install a new water heater for me. Of the few who actually answered, their quotes were bloated due to the day of the week (lame). They offered to bring and install a new water heater at a flat rate. Although convenient, this would not give me the option to chose, and I would likely be upcharged substantially for the item.

Luckily, I got a hold of Edward.

Edward actually offered to go to Home Depot with me to make the water heater purchase. He then loaded it into his van and brought it to my house for me. This allowed me to pay the exact cost of the item, and choose the one I wanted. He also bid a flat rate to install the new water heater, and remove and haul away the old one. The total I spent between purchasing the item and paying for labor was substantially less than the other all-inclusive bids I was given.

If you're in the OC area, do yourself a favor and bookmark Edward as your plumbing resource. You might as well be prepared for the day that you need a plumber that you can trust!

Edward is everything a licensed plumber should be - honest, dependable, expedient and knowledgable. Edward is also just a great guy who is very easy to get along with and a joy to be around. I am an asset manager for a company that renovates distressed property. Edward has become an intregal part of our team. He can handle any plumbing nightmare we throw at him. Hire Edward, you will not regret it.

My water heater started leaking recently and I was glad I found Edward on Yelp. Called Edward around 5PM on a Friday night. Since he was in the area he came within the hour to give me an estimate on the work. Got all the work done very early the next day. Probably one of the nicest honest guys you will meet. Got my water heater replaced as well as a new valve for LESS than what I would have paid JUST for the water heater had I bought it at Home Depot or Lowe's. Clearly explains the work he's doing and makes sure everything is to your satisfaction. I'm glad the first place I called didn't answer the phone cuz from now on I'm calling Edward.

Once again: Edward to the rescue. Leak under the bathroom sink, no problem. Leaky pipes under the house, solved. Eddie showed up ready to work with all the parts he needed on his truck, and he charged me a very reasonable price for the work he did. So courteous, so nice, did not leave a mess. Why can't more contractors be like Eddie?
