I sought the guidance of my fellow YELPers to find a plumber to clear a shower drain. Manual came out and took care of the problem and charged me less than the quoted $85 to clear the drain! He was on time and professional in every way. Thank you Yelp, Plumbing by Edward, and Manual!!!

Discovered we had a slab leak yesterday and were really wondering what we were in for. Called these folks late in the afternoon and Manny was out in less than two hours. He was able to give us an estimate and he returned this morning to fix it. It involved some jack-hammering in the living room (oh joy)...but the work was done so neatly it really wasn't an issue. A few hours later it was done and we're just waiting for the cement patch to dry before we flip the carpet and pad back over it and go on.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company based on this experience. They were excellent!

I called for service and they were at my house an hour later. Art came out and found the source of my leak and fix it. He also helped me decide how to handle the water damage. Great company and customer service. I would highly recommend them.

These guys are the best! Art was able to quickly diagnose my problems, and prepare fair quotes. He then went by the local plumbing store and obtained just the right parts I needed. When it turned out that one of my toilets could not be repaired, he did not charge me for the time or parts for that attempted repair! He then came back the next day with a brand new toilet! In addition, he checked to make sure all of his work was properly done and cleaned up afterwards. It was refreshing to work with a diligent, honest, and fair plumber!

I can only say that I called 3 separate times for service. The first time it went to a dead line. The second time i was told that they would call me back in 10 minutes to schedule service (they never called back) The third time I got a message saying voice-mail was full. Edward may be a good guy, but I would not know because I cant get them to schedule an appointment to come out.

This was a waste of time and $85.00 for 3 minutes of his time to tell me they can't do the job. It's out of their scope. I think it took longer to write up the bill. Or maybe I should have know more about plumbing so I could have called the right people to ask the right question/diagnose myself to hire the right company. This senior not happy.

Edward is amazing! He has a fun personality and has some great stories about this charity work to share with you! I had him come out to install a new faucet, and he took his time to carefully do the job without rushing! He explained what he was doing and even showed me why he was doing it.

Edward is also a very honest man! My new faucet is a European brand, so it installs a little differently than the typical brands. He explained the areas of concern he had, and showed me exactly what to keep my eye on. If you every have any plumbing needs, CALL EDWARD! He is quick, friendly, skilled, flexible, and someone you can trust!!

After reading a previous review about Art, I felt I had to share my experience. I woke up to water coming out of my kitchen ceiling. I called Edward at 7:15 am & he said to turn off the water & he could have someone out to my house in a few hours. About 2 hours later Art showed up. After cutting a couple holes he was able to tell me exactly what was leaking, my upstair shower valve. He quoted a fair price, made an EXACT list of what I needed since I said I would go to the plumbing store as I had to pick out a new faucet & off I went. The plumbing store was able to quickly get me what I needed. Art was efficient, professional, keep me in the loop as he worked explaining the issue & replaced the valve. He cleaned up his mess completely & I couldn't be happier with his service and value. I would call this company again for any plumbing need I have.

Edward came over today and was on time! I was really happy because I had left work at lunch to meet him. He was supposed to replace our garbage disposal but ended up fixing our old one (saving us money!). He was professional, clean, timely, trustworthy and friendly. I would most definitely use him again.
