I called Plumbing by Bob expecting to pay for a visit, hopefully within 24 hours. I got a call back within 1 hour. He asked if my husband was handy and although I said """"not really"""", he felt by hearing the description of my problem, he could talk him through the repair over the phone. He did- problem solved, free of charge. He taught my husband how to fix the problem and in the event that it happens again, he can do the repair right away. How nice to deal with a friendly, polite and helpful individual!!! I would recommend Plumbing by Bob in a heartbeat !
