After calling my former plumber with no results I randomly contacted Bishop. They came out same day and fixed the problem all within hours. Tech was amazing as was the woman that took my initial call. I have a new plumber, thank you Bishop Plumbing.

I was having problems with my dishwasher leaking, my hot water thermostat and my kitchen sink faucet. Matt took the time to examine the problem and resolve each issue with expert care and knowledge. They really know how to take care of their customers in the best way possible. Matt knew I was aware of what could had been the problem and he explained in detail why I was having these problems and repaired them carefully. I really respect anyone that can take the time and the patience to address problems in a professional and caring manner. Thank you Matt for a wonderful job!! I really appreciate all you did for me and I feel completely satisfied with the quality of work your provided.

I have used them several times now and their service is prompt, honest and efficient good customer service by Lucine and Matt did a great job, was on time and had a friendly personality. Very disappointed with this company. Exorbitant prices/overcharge and does not follow what their website advertises! They do not respond to their customers requests or issues, .....still waiting for owner to call me as requested several times by letter and phone call and email! Not the business I thought they were. I recommend you try other plumbing companies before this one, for sure.

I had an appointment last week to have a hot water heater leak looked at. The window of time was 1:00pm to 4:00pm. The plumber showed up at 3:45pm, took one look at it and said it needed to be replaced. I'm not sherlock holmes here but I knew that and told them that when I made the appointment. I took the afternoon off from work and they said if the heater needed to be replaced the would do it. The plumber got on the phone and was told the heater needed to be ordered. He gave me a VERY HIGH estimate compared to what I received from Home Depot and Lowe's but I needed it done right away and didn't want to waste a bunch of time. The plumber said that he would return on Christmas eve by 8:30am and it would only take him a few hours (water needed to be turned off). I got a call at 8:20am saying he was on his way. By 9:40am I still didn't see him. I called back and they now are telling me that he had to be re-routed for an """"emergency call"""". The rude person who I spoke with played it off like it wasn't a big deal. I in fact discussed this with the plumber on the first service call that we had guest coming for Christmas eve and I needed them to be finished by noon. He assured me that was no problem. Now the person at the office I am speaking with said my """"appointment"""" was for the plumber to arrive between 9:00am and noon. Just very dishonest. I would have found another plumber had I known that this company doesn't honor what they say. I definitely WOULD NOT recommend dealing with this company. There price is high, there service lacks standards and they are dishonest and quite frankly their response to my concern was disingenuous.
