Excellent, fast service, and honest. We had problems with our kitchen sink clogging. He came and checked it out for us. We thought we needed a new garbage disposal but he told us we didn't. Which is honest of him. He is very friendly and helpful. He snaked the pipe for us and cleared it out. He charged us a reasonable price. He also referred a restoration person to come over so we can get a quote on other work we need done. He called them for us and told them what was going on. Thank you for kindness, patience, and honesty!

I called Plumbing Buddies on a Sunday morning because my water heater was overflowing. He told me on phone how to stop it, then scheduled an appointment within an hour with a one hour window, showed up on time, kept me posted on ETA. He dissuaded me from unnecessary improvements, and installed a new water heater. The work was done professionally and pleasantly. The whole job was finished within about 5 hours from the time I noticed the overflow. Pity I forgot the name of the owner who came to do the job.

GREAT service! Dropped my very expensive rigid ortho-k contact lenses down the sink drain. Called in and talked to Jeremy who told me that since it's a Sunday it'd be considered an emergency to have a plumber swing by so it'd be a lot more expensive than normal. He said that he'd feel bad for charging me for such an easy process, so he very graciously walked me through the process of disassembling the p trap pipe by myself and I was able to retrieve my contact lenses!! Thank you so much Jeremy! I highly recommend this plumbing service.
