It was my first time using Plumbing Buddies. About a week ago, I had a small job, but one that could not be ignored - the line from the water heater was leaking. I had contacted a local Glendora plumber I had used on other occasions (a recommendation from a friend and he had positive reviews on Yelp). That guy showed up and refused to help, stating he would only do a larger job for four to five times the amount I could afford. He did not provide any alternative solutions for me. I checked out Yelp and contacted Plumbing Buddies. Jeremy responded immediately and I provided him a photo of the leaky area. He assured me they would do their best to fix the issue within my specifications (meaning what I could afford at the time). We set up an appointment for the fix. I received a text from Plumbing Buddies the morning of the appointment verifying the time. They showed up promptly. They were efficient, clean, professional, friendly, understanding, and, most importantly, fixed the problem without a hitch. I felt like two knights in shining armor came to my rescue. I could not be happier. To heck with my now-former plumber who left me high and dry, I will continue to use and highly recommend Plumbing Buddies from here on out! Thank you, Jeremy and Michael. You gents are fantastic.

I have finally found my plumbing team! I was referred to Jeremy and Mike by my boss so I gave them a call about a leak in my kitchen. They were on another job, so I was expecting them around noon, but they pleasantly surprised me by coming over a couple hours early! They set to work trying to assess the situation and found the problem quickly. They told me the deal frankly and honestly. Then they went above and beyond by getting me in touch with another team that could help me with the water damage. What service!

What can I say? I had a pipe leak and when I shut the water off , discovered a gas leak as well. I called Plumbing Buddies and Mike came out to evaluate the issues. He repaired the water leak and informed me that a repipe was needed asap ( I knew that it was needed, but hoped the plumbing would hold until all remodel was finished). They chased down the gas leak and repaired that, and have just now completed the repipe of my home. Both Mike and Jeremy are friendly, informative, and efficient. Their prices are very reasonable and well worth it! I recommend them to anyone needing plumbing repairs! Thanks Plumbing Buddies, you saved us! I highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

The very best plumbers I have ever experienced. Extremely reliable, courteous, and knowledgeable plumbers. Prices were something we could afford and not over-inflated. They fixed a long ongoing drainage problem with my bathroom sink. The P-Trap joint was replaced as it had a leak and appeared to be the original to the house. They also snaked the sink and bathtub completely through. A clogged toilet was fix as well. Really these guys are amazing and friendly. They then came back and did the most spectacular job on our sewer lines. I would highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs.
