We couldn't be happier with the work Jeremy from Plumbing Buddies did. He is knowledgable, friendly, and exceeded our expectations. After many years, our water heater finally gave out, and, as you would expect, we needed it replaced ASAP. Jeremy answered our call quickly, walked us through how to determine the right capacity water heater for our needs, and what to expect. He came the same day and replaced the old unit within a few hours. We now have a brand new water heater, and have been upgraded to meet all of the new codes. If you had told me that the time from discovering our dead water heater to replacement was going to be half a day, I would not have believed it. Jeremy and Plumbing Buddies came through for us. We would absolutely use them again.

Last Tuesday, I had to find a plumber who could install a garbage disposal right away. I had ordered one from HomeDepot with installation but the product never arrived and I was desperate to get my sink back as my old garbage disposal was leaking really badly. I saw Plumbing Buddies on Yelp with great reviews so I gave him a call. Jeremy answered and gave me a quote for a similar garbage disposal that I had originally ordered, plus installation. The best part was that he could come that same day to install it. He texted me when he was on his way and came at the early end of the time frame he had said he could come so I didn't need to wait too long. He ended up installing an even higher grade garbage disposal because he didn't have the one he quoted me on, in his shop. But he didn't charge me extra for it. That speaks to his integrity and honesty. He could have charged me more like a bait and switch, but he didn't and I appreciated it. Plus, with the first-time customer 10% discount, the total cost made it definitely a great value! Jeremy and his assistant were punctual, friendly, and professional. Would definitely call him again for future plumbing issues if needed.

Super nice and fast! We had a leaky faucet in the backyard that was fixed in a blink of an eye. And as new first time homeowners we realize there's probably a bunch more plumbing issues hidden in our house, so we will definitely be calling back soon.

Over the last 35 years I have had a dozen different plumbers do projects at my home and very few of them did I consider keepers. I found Plumbing Buddies last year and they did a small project efficiently. However, last week my main water line failed and I had a problem and a big replacement project. The owner Jeremy came out right away, assessed that I needed my main line replaced. His calendar was full but he came out on Memorial Day and did the all day job without charging me holiday rates.

What impressed me most was his ability to communicate. His calendar, email and billing technology is state of the art and kept me informed on the status of his appointments and work. If he was running 10 minutes late or on his way, he texted me. That means a lot to a homeowner. His quality of work is excellent. He used first rate in-ground materials and beautiful copper above ground. I'm grateful that I have finally found a plumbing contractor that I can trust.

Jeremy and his crew were very responsive and instrumental on helping us selecting the right water filtration for the whole house. Service was quick, clean and professional. Price was reasonable as well. If everything goes well, the system is supposed last 10 to 12 years without impact to water flow and it's maintenance free ( no filter change). It's been a week since we installed it and I already can see the difference in water quality.

Jeremy was very responsive and reliable. I noticed my tankless water heater was leaking so I called him up at 8:30am in the morning. He answered and provided me with an estimated price range for a replacement unit but said if I provided pictures of my existing setup, he could provide a better estimate. I snapped some pics and sent them over to him. Within minutes, he sent me an estimate. The price was very fair so I approved and he informed me that he could show up between 12-1pm the same day. When he was running behind, he even texted to inform me of his new eta. Fantastic communication. The previous installation was not done right and Jeremy explained why and how he was going to do it differently. It made complete sense so I had confidence in his knowledge and expertise. He and his helper, also named Jeremy, got the installation done in about 2 hours. Very satisfied. I would absolutely call him for any future plumbing needs. Thanks, Jeremy & Jeremy!

My backyard faucet was leaking and I was hoping to get it fixed ASAP since my water bill is already over the top :( A co-worker recommended Plumbing Buddies so I called and was told they could come mid-afternoon. So surprised when they arrived in the morning! (When does that ever happen, usually repair people are running late). My faucet was fixed quickly and for a reasonable price! I called Jeremy at Plumbing Buddies for my 85 year old father who had a shower head leak. I saw that they were Veteran owners as is my father and myself. I expected to get a date for the next day or two but there was a plumber at my father's house 2 hours later.
He evaluated the leak, showed my father what needed to be done and how much before any work was done. My father had a question regarding another sink in his house and the plumber looked at it and answered all of his questions.
They were very professional and polite. Gave my father a Veteran discount and kept me informed of the repairs throughout every step. Need a plumber?? Call Jeremy!!!
