Jeremy was courteous, did a beautiful job on our kitchen sink drain and cleaned up his workspace. As luck would have it, the next day our toilet needed attention and Jeremy came out first thing and took care of the issue.
Plumbing Buddies is also communicative, letting you know the status of your appointment time. They were able to come to our house earlier than originally scheduled for the kitchen sink, but they called and texted prior to arrival to confirm. Count us as very satisfied customers. I've been dabbling with the idea of getting a tankless water heater for a while now. After our water heater gave out, I knew it was time. I called several plumbing companies in the area and always got the same answers.

Finally, got to calling Jeremy at Plumbing Buddies, and what a difference. This is how the scenario played out in my head. (I was probably more professional and cordial over the phone).

Jeremy: Hi, this is Jeremy, how can we help you?

Me: Hey no yah, I'm looking to get a quote on a new tankless water heater. Are you able to give me a quote and your availabilities?

Jeremy: This is the quote. We can come out tomorrow.

Me: F*** yah! You win. See you tomorrow.

It took less than 24hrs from the phone call to the completion of the install. 2 vans arrived. A third truck came to haul my water heater away. And I couldn't be any more satisfied. Hot water was calibrated, though I might raise the temperature up a bit more as my wife loves it red hot *giggity giggity*. Install was clean. The work area was clean. Process took about 2.5hrs to install.

I've dealt with many plumbers in the past, but this by far has been the smoothest, easiest, and best experience. Jeremy is my go-to from here on out.

I don't even know where to begin with this business. I have been burned by many plumbers and contractors so my guard is always up. It started with an odd smell coming from the vents under my house. Jermey came out and verified we had a leak under our crawl space. It was not just a leak but a small lake under there. It had been going on for quite sometime. Boss Jeremy contacted me with the news of what was needed and was so helpful after that. I had to contact a remediation crew who was also wonderful. Once it dried they were able to get under the house the process went very smooth. Jeremy even offered to temporarily fix the leaks so that I could use the kitchen and laundry. I didn't mind goin without it doe a few days. Jermey worked to get my job done quickly and I wasn't even out for very long anyway. Always communicated with me and took photos so I could see exactly what was happening. I even called him to fix a clogged drain and same day was here to help us out. 100% recommend Plumbing Buddies for any plumbing services you need!! We are already discussing having them move our water heater.

Really liked the process on bid and scheduling, they are very good at emailing the bid and accepting process then immediately scheduling once you electronically accept the bid. Text notifications were immediate. Showed up on time did a great job on relocating my water heater. Will definitely repeat. Their rates are fair and the quality was perfect. 100% satisfied with the work done a lot faster than expected.

We hired Plumbing Buddies for a re-pipe of our house, upgrade water main, and upgrade to a tankless water heater. Jeremy and his team (also Jeremy), were available immediately to start work. I was impressed by Jeremy's knowledge of various methods to get the job done correctly. He walked us through the various options in way that helped us make the best decision. We went with upounor (similar to PEX) as well as some copper. Jeremy provided a very reasonable quote, clear schedule, and was just in general a very friendly person.

As for the work, Jeremy started immediately. He secured the necessary permits quickly. Jeremy and Jeremy always arrived on time and work extremely hard to remove our galvanized steel pipes and install the upounor. As a home with a young kid, Jeremy was extremely conscientious of making sure areas were clean. At no point did I worry about this project. Jeremy from start to finish was very professional, kind, and diligent. The total time for work took about a week plus a few days (our house has a lot of issues). After completing the re-pipe and water heater, Jeremy had a great subcontractor come out to patch and repair our walls.

Overall this was a great experience and well worth the money. Jeremy always provided an update and like I said, we had no concerns or worries throughout this project.

Plumbing Buddies will be our go-to plumbers from now on!

I had an appointment with Plumbing Buddies and they showed up on time and gave me a really fair quote. My kitchen planner then advise me the cabinets are back ordered for two months and they will take care of the plumbing for the delay. Will diffidently consider these guys for any of my plumbing needs going forward.
