My mom's sewer line was getting backed up frequently and other plumbers had a difficult time clearing the line. I called George and he came up that day to use his camera to see what was happening. He gave me an estimate to dig out a small part of the driveway to acc the damaged pipe. the next day he came with his crew and spent all day to midnight to shoot a sleeve to the sewer line and one to the house. They were old cracked clay pipes. They added two clean outs and re cemented the area. Their price was very fair. They really know what they are doing. Excellent crew.

Plumbing Brothers and their amazing Dancutter tool were able to save me around 8k by boring through my broken sewer line and roots, rather than digging up my concrete driveway to replace it. They then did the epoxy lining to create a new pipe where it was broken. Amazing to watch.

What can I say after speaking with the owner George and having him explain the situation turns out it was a huge miscommunication. They went ABOVE and Beyond to make this right. We opted out to use our insurance since it was a high priced repair but they still comped us the the full repair and paid half of our deductible for the repair on the sink.

The customer service is the reason I decided to update this review. People make mistakes and business owners are the ones responsible to make things right. George gets 5 stars for fixing our miscommunication and taking care of us. I'm a big supporter of local independent businesses. Definitely recommend.

I had a plumber stand me up 4 days in a row and then I was referred to Plumbing Brothers with high regard from my real estate agent. My Dad is a retired plumber so I am very picky with the contractors I select, in particular a plumber. This job happened to be a sewer job that involved a lot of excavating so I did not take it on myself.

I normally use The Drain Defender for sewer backup issues and they have consistently been terrific. The owner of The Drain Defender (George Senior) told me that his son has his own company as well. For this particular job (installing sewer cleanouts in my back yard), he recommended Plumbing Brothers, which is run by his son (George Junior). Both George's should be proud of their companies, their reputation on Yelp, and the quality of their work.

George Junior quickly came out for the estimate and gave me a fair price for the job. He scheduled the work and his staff showed up on time every day. They completed each phase of work on time - safely and neatly. They even completed the final phase of work on a Saturday (today) on Easter weekend.

They are a class act and you should feel confident to hire them for any job you have, big or small.

We just had sewage backed up into the bathroom of our house. The waste water rose two and a half feet high, seeping into walls and carpeting in our living room. Luckily, we called Plumbing Brothers (whom we worked with before) and the owner, George Lanier, quickly arrived with his crew. He immediately contacted their sister company, First Source Restoration, to clean up the sewage spill and set up fans to dry out the room and treat the walls for mold. While Plumbing Brothers built a trench in the back yard and cleaned out roots of trees that grew into and clogged pipes leading to the sewer, First Source Restoration immediately went to work making home repairs.

Plumbing Brothers is the very best company I have ever worked with. They deserve 10 stars. Each person working on the project was so courteous and dedicated to the work and eager to share progress with me. They were artisans who treated their work as a craft. Even when the concrete slab under the floor of the bathroom had to be opened for access to pipes, they did so efficiently, letting me know when each step would be completed.

Whether its a complex job or a simpler one, Plumbing Brothers is the best one to call. They offer much more than skill and state of the art equipment. They offer trust. Passion for the work. Authentic, consistent communication with customers. Reasonable, fair pricing. Their added value is their having a sister restoration company that works simultaneously with them making the daunting task of putting the house back so much easier. Plumbing Brothers. I guarantee you will be as pleased as I am to have worked with such a great company.

It's a horrible business. Total scam. I have contacted them three times for the same stoppage. The guys are totally unprofessional. I've had to pay three times for nothing just so their workers hangout without doing anything. Beware total scam. Don't waste your time.

We have used Plumbing Brothers twice now, and have been very happy with both the level of service and the price. Most recently, we needed to have some old valves replaced, and George was able to come and do the work very quickly. He also explained why another piece of work that another service person had said was necessary, wasn't... and saved us several hundred dollars, as well as throwing in an additional piece of work that came up, for free. We found him to be knowledgeable, efficient, and honest about the work that needed doing - not always a given in the plumbing world. And the prices were very reasonable. Definitely recommend!
