Thank you for all your help Sam was very helpful throughout the process and was there to answer all my concerns. He explained/advised/made sure things were done correctly. I recommend this team.

I needed to get some old clogged up galvanized drain pipes replaced because snaking was no longer helping. I decided to get estimates, and after seeing the Burbank Boys' excellent reviews on yelp, decided to give them a shot as well. They were my third estimate. Reyes came out, got underneath the house through the crawlspace, and spent a very long and thorough time there getting a fix on what had to be done. Just talking to Reyes, who is a seasoned and experienced contractor, I knew this man knew what he was talking about and was trustworthy. On top of that, his estimate was BY FAR the best of the three that I'd gotten.
The first day on the job, Esbin was the plumber who worked underneath the house replacing the old galvanized pipes and bathtub p-traps. The young man was professional and relentless. I had to insist he take a break for lunch.
The next day Reyes came out and personally took charge. He cut the old galvanized sink pipes all the way up to the vent, and replaced them all with ABS. There were three bathroom sinks, and his efficiency, expertise, and professionalism were apparent, since the job presented certain challenges which he was able to surmount with ease. At the end of it all, Reyes patched the outside walls by the clean out pipes that had been replaced, and cleaned up after himself leaving the house just as tidy as he'd found it. All in all a great experience, great and competitive pricing, and will definitely be calling the Plumbing Boys in the future again for my plumbing needs.

Tony responded to my inquiry via Yelp very quickly and had a tech come out the next day for a non emergency situation. His tech, Reyes took care of a simple garbage disposal problem, but he was extremely helpful and gave me some ideas for preventive maintenance. Don't hesitate to give them a call for plumbing issues.

Great service. I had them come out to my condo 3 times for 3 separate issues to fix the issues that a bad handyman had created. Each time, the technician came promptly - even once on Sunday - and explained what the issue was and what the fix would be. Technicians were very nice and professional and completed the work promptly. The owner called back to make sure the work was done well and to satisfaction. Will definitely recommend them to everyone.

Awesome service from the Plumbing Boys.

Last night our toilet clogged. Using the plunger just didn't help so the next day we called the Plumbing Boys to come to our rescue. Reyes came by within hours of our call and saved the day. He was very friendly and helpful and took great care to not damage our wood flooring while bringing in his equipment. It was so refreshing to get such professional service.

Just a month ago we had those new lo-flow toilets installed which was definitely part of the problem. Reyes was very helpful as far as letting us know the causes of toilet problems and kept me in the loop with everything he was doing.

The best part was that the cost was very reasonable. For the amount of time he spent trying to fix our problem I thought for sure it was going to cost more. We are so happy our toilet is working again and were very pleased with the service from Reyes at the Plumbing Boys. We would highly recommend them.

Highly recommend these guys! When every company wasn't available on a Sunday they showed up within an hour and took care of the problem. Excellent service and very professional. Will use them again and pass their info to anyone that needs plumbing work!

Wow, these guys are amazing! I called for a same-day appointment and they were able to rearrange their schedule to accommodate me. Also, the guy charged me less than he quoted me over the phone because the clog was not as severe as he thought. I will definitely be calling them back whenever I need any future work done. These guys are great with customers over the phone and with their service! Sam, our technician, was excellent and very persistent to fix our clogged kitchen drain - poor guy was at our house for nearly 3 hrs trying to fix it in the most economical way possible (which I greatly appreciate!). He was also quite honest about the situation, all great qualities in a plumbing service. We will definitely be repeat customers.
