Bonified is the bomb digity! If you have a plumbing need call Bonafide. Quick scheduling, nice family. And great customer service. I was failed by my Appliance Insurance Replacement (American Home Shield) team and needed to call a plumber. Nice phone manners, was very sympathetic to my emotional state at that moment. :) When the plumber arrived he was able to identify the problem quickly. And even finished my washer install.

This is the most shady business I have ever dealt with. I too had American Home Shield and they contracted this company. The guy that showed up was dumber than rocks. I had to show him what needed fixed. He was in a hurry and was quite rude. He came back 2 weeks later and fixed only 1 20minute repair. He still has not returned to fix the leaks in the shut off valves on 2 commodes and under bath sink. This was 2 years in the making. They lie and say they are on their way and never show up. Some gal named Michelle keeps lieing on the phone and covering up for the repairman. Well he never got his 100.00 co payment and I told AHS to never send this con man to my property again for repairs. She said she would Red Flag my complaint & concerns. I am with First American home warranty and they are awsome. The charge a little more but my co pay is like 65.00.

We were given this plumber to use through our home warranty American Home Shield. Which by the way is a joke and I could write a book of complaints on them separately. After 5 days of absolutely no hot water, I finally decided to go with another company and pay for the repairs out of pocket. Michelle at Bonafide has never answered a single one of my calls or messages. The only time she would answer the phone is when American Home Shield would call. She has caller ID obviously, who doesnt. The guy that gets dispatched to the calls, Michelle's brother, in my opinion is not a licensed plumber. Nice enough guy, but who cares about that when you are using a bucket to bathe? He did no inspection of the problems, just said I will get you new items ordered. How does he even know what to order? After 6 hours, of mostly being on hold with AHS, I decided any price paid would be worth not having to deal with these people.

Also, this is the 3rd time we have been assigned this company through American Home Shield. The other two times were just as bad. I wasn't living at the home at the time so I wasn't quite as upset. A headache yes, but not the nightmare I am having now.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They said they came to my house for service but my cameras say different. Rescheduled and again they didn't show!!! And Michelle acts very concerned about why her tech didn't make it to my house, but could she return a phone call?? No phone call returns or even answers to calls when I call. numerous times, no text replies, no nothing. And I see from the reviews on here this is a big problem with them.

They were assigned through my home warranty, but it has been noted that they will not be assigned to me again and I do not have to pay the service fee for this call. A week now with a clogged kitchen sink and hopefully they will show tomorrow.

I had Bonafide Plumbing assigned by American Home Shield. Bonafide has a disadvantage because dealing with American Home Shield is a nightmare. Usually people's patients are shot by the time they get to the vendor who is going to resolve the problem and in this case it was no different. The great part was Bonafide Plumbing did everything they could to make the repair and my life easier. The office scheduled and rescheduled based on our needs. And they took care of the necessary communications with American Home Shield.

The job was extensive as a leak in the wall behind the bathroom vanity required cabinet modification, mirror and drywall removal. On the initial visit in order to isolate the problem they dispatched additional plumbing staff to confirm the problem considering the amount of demolition that would be required to repair the leak. While completing the repairs they not only fixed the leak but took time to put in place the appropriate hardware and pipe bracing to assure this problem should never occur again. In short the plumbing they replaced and the valves they mounted are better than what was installed during the initial construction of our house (built 2012).

I saw the other reviews on this company and can only say I had a much better experience. I believe if you use this company you to will have a pleasant experience. In closing, Mitchell, job well done. Thank you!

I have been waiting 2 weeks for a call after submitting a repair request via my home warranty company. No response but wasn't really expecting one. Exact same thing happened the last two times they were assigned by home warranty company to make a repair. Do not expect them to call or show-up. Goodluck if a follow-up visit is required. Extremely frustrating so call someone else and if you are dealing with home warranty company have them look at the reviews and request another vendor.

After reading these reviews I am not surprised that Bonafide Plumbing has not shown up to do their plumbing services, and after reading some of the reviews here I hope that they don't show up. I called my Home Warranty and told them that I needed some plumbing work done to many of the shut off valves here in my home. The Home Warranty company scheduled for them to come out on July 08, 2017. Fast forward till today, Thursday, July 13, 2017 and NADA...no calls, no email, nothing from Bonafide Plumbing. After reading some of the reviews posted here I am even afraid to call them to have them come!

I am glad that I checked Bonafide Plumbing here on Yelp! and see what other folks had to share.

By the way, if you ever use American Home Shield for a home warranty service and need services on your property, tell them that you'd like another plumbing company and have them view the Yelp! comments from other folks.

Well...it is nice to see from the other reviews at least, that the PROBLEM is not me and that they are true to form. Not only do they have very poor customer service and lack of regard for the customer, by their infamous Michelle, but even her brother's work is shoddy as well. I was the unfortunate hostage to their ""services"" by my home warranty, in which one time they left me with a gas leak after replacing the hot water tank, and this time, just as the last....just thought they were on ""their time"" in addressing your repair. No phone were returned at all. Only would pick up for my home warranty service who I had to go through everyday now to find out what was going on with ""them"" and my work order. Even though I had had enough of them, so eventually did my home warranty and they were called off the job which allowed me to just receive the cash out money from my home warranty to find my own plumber, and a complaint was escalated. Thank you Bonafide!...for being you and not disappointing me the second time around - that you would be just how I remembered you - terrible!...and allowing me to go with my plumber of choice and not having to use you!

This ""business"" is actually called Bonafide Plumbing and their new phone number is 928-581-2273. They were hired by the property management company I rent from to fix a broken toilet. First time the guy came he didn't even notice the toilet leaking from the back whenever it was flushed, used a snake thing on it, said it was fixed, and left. After using it twice it was broken again. He came back, looked at it, and said we needed a new toilet. Fast forward to today, he came to install the toilet and did so in a way that left the door pinned between the wall and toilet. I CANT EVEN CLOSE MY BATHROOM DOOR! How do you overlook something like this?! You'll have to excuse me now, I need to go take the bathroom door off the hinges and fix their mistake.

My water softener went out in Dec 2015. Bonified was sent out by my home warranty company. The tech said it needed to be replaced, the order was put through to my home warranty company and approved. After two months and over 30 calls, which not one time did anyone answer the phone the softener was replaced only after my home warranty service got involved. You bet, the brand new softener did not work. After another month of calling, again with not a single call being answered or returned from the messages left I got my home warranty service involved again. The tech came out today, 4 March 2016 and pushed a button putting the softener in the recharge cycle. All seemed well until the recharge cycle was complete at which time the softener did not fill back up with water as the tech said it should. Called the office and you guessed it, got the answering machine that always tells you to leave a message and they will return the call by the end of the business day. In over 40 calls to this place I have never gotten an answer and never gotten a call back at all. Do not use this company unless you like being ignored. The only reason I gave them 1 star is because you have to give them something to post.
