I called plumbing around the clock due to my water heater stopped working. The plumber literally arrived (on time) and stared at the water heater and said """"you need to replace the water heater"""". Did not trouble shoot or test anything. So if you are looking for someone to sell you a product this is the company. And the prices are not cheap. If you looking for someone to repair - look for someone else. It was obvious the plumber was looking to make a """"quick buck"""".

I have a leak and the ceiling cave down. The tech said to look for the source he has to remove the wall. I had to pay $675 before he starts and the rest after the work. Immediately after I made the payment, he said the source is the toilet. He replaced the toilet with one that has a broken tank and the leak did not stop. I called them back to tell them the leak is still there, the toilet tank is broken and I need a receipt. It has been a month, no one called me back even though I left several messages. I called another plumber co. who said the leak was not the toilet but the tub. I lost a lot of money. In addition to what I paid them, I had to pay someone else to close the wall the tech opened and put another toilet.

$875 to fix a broken exterior spigot that took less than 30 minutes. The price was only given after the work was done. The tech told us the owner is super shady and determines prices based on where you live or how desperate you are.

I was charged $400 for a job that took quite literally... 15 minutes (not 20, not 25... 15 minutes)... the job was just labor, no materials were involved. This company was just recently sold to these new owners, so it appears to me that virtually all positive reviews were either for the previous owner or if not, I imagine the new owners who appear to have a way of omitting bad reviews (as they asked me for one after my job was completed) by sending it's customers a link to an obscure """"review company"""" which requires businesses to pay a monthly fee to join. Back to my job... For the entire 15 minutes it took the plumber to fix the problem (and it was HE who told me the shower 'cartridge' was simply installed backwards) he was on the phone to his girlfriend simultaneously. Then he disappeared... for nearing 25 minutes until I found him (emptying the entire van he arrived in, onto my lawn) looking for a personal item he thought 'stolen' by a prospective new employee. --- You can't make this stuff up! It was HE who told me about a job he was on the previous week, where the only problem was a tripped breaker switch but..... they were able to get """"the elderly woman"""" into replacing her 40 gallon water heater for $2800... again, when the only problem was a tripped breaker switch. --- No remorse, no guilty feelings... I could go on and on but... If you STILL decide to hire this company (as I did because the plumber told me when I questioned what I thought was an outrageous price... """"no, $400, believe me, it's the going rate""""), DO YOURSELF A FAVOR... do NOT pay via Zelle!!!! --- They want you to pay via Zelle because the money is transferred immediately and you can't dispute the charge. Pay with a CREDIT CARD! Paying with a credit card enables you to STOP payment after you've had time to realize that you've just been screwed... and you can stop/dispute the payment after you realize you've been scammed. It appears likely that 'Plumbing Around the Clock' (by the way, no connection to the other company 'Air Around the Clock') pays it's plumber (possibly soon to be plumberS) by commission.

By far the most horrible experience. Initially the owner, Omri Levi sent over a completely incompetent individual claiming to be a plumber, however, he showed up in an unmarked minivan and he had no leak detection equipment. It was conveyed that we needed leak detection, however, the """"tech"""" had no equipment with him. He was already 45 mins late, stepped out to his van to contact Levi and returned with a verbal quote of $800 to make the repair. The """"tech"""" began cutting into pipe without investigating what was a supply line and picked the wrong one. He then began trying to do patch work by soldering elbows to the pipe so we could at least have running water. He took 5 hours to solder to small pieces of pipe, failed 3 times as it continued to spray water when turned on, then said he was going to call someone with more experience, jumped in his van and left without saying a word. We ended up showering at our local gym. The next day a more experienced plumber arrived and tried correcting the shoddy work from the previous day. In the end it was determined what pipe needed to be repaired and PEX tubing to be fed about 20 feet in the attic. The owner comes back with a ridiculous quote, saying that $800 was just the leak detection. No work order was ever signed by me, the initial quote was verbal, the owner (Levi) then proceeded to argue with my wife when he was questioned. She asked Levi if he was a plumber and he said """"yes"""" which was easy enough to disprove with a web search. Plumbing Around the Clock was by far the most unprofessional company I have dealt with, with the exception of the 2nd plumber who arrived, however, his hands were tied by Levi. Levi was not willing to negotiate a better price considering the hardships caused by the first guy he sent. I wish I could give zero stars to this turd of a company. I would not even recommend them to an enemy.

I was very impressed with the work they did in replacing my water heater. The one that was replaced was really old and looked like it could easily have been decades old. For starters, they started work late in the day, after 6:00pm, to help accommodate our need to have it fixed asap since we did not have any water in our showers and the broken one was still releasing water in the house in small but steady amounts. The person who did the work was Pedro and he was tasked with the kind of work for which no single part of it was easy. It was not simply replacing a heater, but a really old one. As a result, he had to literally recut the pipes for the new heater which was a different size than the original one being replaced. This need added 3+ hours to the job late at night with limited light. When he left, it was after midnight. but It did not end there, either. I felt really bad to do this, but I asked him to help us with something that we wanted him to show us. Even though he was already heading him, he did not hesitate for a moment to come back to the house and he was extremely professional and courteous about it even though I am sure he was exhausted. He came by early the next morning, stopping by home depot as soon as it opened, and completed the work. His work was very clean and we have not had any issues. He just did a great job. Given the challenge that this was, he exceeded our expectations on many levels and even checked in over the next day or two to make sure that our new heater was working properly and that we had no problems.

Gil and his team are the people to call. Our house had multiple issues, and what we thought was a small leak outside of the house turned out to be a major leak in the main line. And there was hidden mold behind the walls and would have been huge health and safety problem if they hadn't gone above and beyond to find the issue. Thanks guys truly!

We had an urgent plumbing issue last night and they came out to fix it and returned this morning to complete the job. We are very pleased with the service we received and grateful that they responded so quickly.

Beware of this company! We called these guys to detect and fix a water leak. They installed a PVC Water shut off valve and charged us $3,500 and told us the problem was fixed. Afterwards we still had the leak because they never bothered to properly look for the leak that we later found to be below the floor in the living room- thanks to American Leak Detectors ($500). To make matters worse, the valve that Plumbing Around the Clock installed was not installed to city code specifications. Now we have paid $3,500 to earn a City Code Violation. After asking repeatedly to fix the violation, Gil will not answer or return our calls but he sure has our $3,500. Beware of this company!
