Tim returned my plumbing request on Yelp within just a few minutes of me submitting it. He had me scheduled for the following day (it was not an emergency). He kept me updated on when Cole would be here, which I really appreciated. Cole also called to let me know when he was on his way. Cole was very professional & friendly and quickly got my leaky kitchen faucet working properly again & even fixed the hot/cold water on the faucet so they weren't reversed anymore. I will definitely call on
PDI again with any of my plumbing needs.

Cole did a great job of arriving early, getting the correct replacement disposal, and returning and installing it in a couple of hours total. He was professional, personable, and knowledgeable and I would call them again. The price was much cheaper than the competition.

They had excellent phone response to talk to someone, then someone at my home within 2 hours, job done effectively and efficiently!!
I highly recommend this company! My service guy, Lazarus, was top-notch, knowledgeable, had people skills too, and cared about high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
Super reasonable prices, highly skilled, and trustworthy.
I'm looking for more projects around the house now ;)

Great customer service. The owner responded quickly to my inquiry and I had a technician out to my house (non-emergency) in less than 24 hours. They completed a system flush on my tankless water heater. The technician was polite and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond by correcting several install mistakes (done by someone else). We will definitely use them again and refer to friends. I appreciate the quality of work provided.

Very rude, and impatient. There are a lot of plumbers in the area I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

BEWARE!!...if you don't respond in a timely manner..the owner becomes pushy and rude...And this is the owner! Can't imagine what the rest of his team is like. Ive recommended interpersonal communication training for him. Or business communication 101. I would give 0 stars if I could.

A separate plumbing company came out and identified (correctly) that one of my water heaters was filled with cold water. They provided an estimate for replacement.

I asked Plumbing and Drain Innovations to come out for a second opinion. Within a minute, Cole diagnosed the issue as the pilot light had gone out. He relit and problem solved; no need to replace (yet). I've now found my preferred plumbing company for replacement or installation of tankless water heaters.
