Once again, thank you Yelp and Yelpers for helping me find this great business.
When our water heater stopped working, I called our homeowner insurance and they referred us to another company. When I looked up reviews of that other company online, reviews were so bad, that I was ready to get better service and pay on my own.
When I called Plumbing America, I talked to Gary, he asked for the brand and serial number of the water heater. He said that brand was very popular for a specific part to brake. So he checked if he had the parts before sending someone.
The person who came was very professional, got the job done and we got hot water before thanksgiving long weekend. That really made our day!

well, had this people come twice to my business, first time had a great service and reasonable price , thats why i call them again, second time they got a lil bit to greedy i believe, since way less work was done and they charge me more for the job...over all they get the job done and i paid for the work, but they lost a repeating customer for sure.

I contacted Plumbing America because my replacement razor blade holder fell into the toilet. I didn't think anything of it until the next day the toilet was overflowing. I was also having issues with a slow bathtub drain. I contacted a few local plumbing companies. I had originally scheduled an appointment with another plumbing company but I decided I better call around to see if I could get a better price as the first one seemed a little pricey.

I spoke with Gary on the phone who attempted to get a technician out that afternoon but they were booked up, he called me back to let me know no one could make it out that evening and someone would be out first thing in the morning. I wasn't in a rush so it didn't bother me at all. Prior to the plumber arriving I received a call from Gary informing me that a plumber was on the way and if I needed anything to give him a call.

The plumber, Esteban (I believe), arrived promptly at 8 o'clock as scheduled. I explained the problem and he explained the process in which he was going to solve the problem. I am usually a fix it myself kind of person, so I like to watch to learn. I asked Esteban if he minded if I looked over his shoulder to see what he was doing. He didn't mind at all! He removed the toilet to make sure the clog was not beyond the toilet, which it wasn't. He was able to removed the clog in the toilet. He cleaned up the water that spilled out and reattached the toilet with a new wax ring, wiping everything down when he was done. He tested the toilet multiple times, adding wadded up toilet paper to make sure it was a solid fix! Great JOB!

He then proceeded to snake the drain of the bathtub removing the clog.

I was impressed with the quality of workmanship, the friendliness of the Plumber and the pricing. He worked swiftly and did not try to overcharge or make extra money off of me. I would highly recommend them based on my one experience!! A++++ Job

Scott has always been there for us. He was hired by our contractor when we did an addition, so I kept his card. I have called for various other plumbing issues and he and his staff have always done an excellent job. I recommended Plumbing America to my boss and they have done a wonderful job there too!

These guys are great. They were the ONLY company who answered the phone on a Sunday when I was in desperate need of a plumber at 6pm on a Sunday night. (water heater leaking and flooding my garage). I had called my home warranty company (First American) with the problem at 10am and they took 7 hours to tell me that they couldn't find anyone and I could find my own plumber. So I ended up getting Paul from Plumbing America. He came out within 15 minutes and stopped the leak so my garage wouldn't completly flood out.

They did great job and I would definately call them again now that I will not be renewing my home warranty (because First American provided a very bad experience).

Had them replace two outside hose bibbs that were leaking and had been originally soldered on by the genius builder (K&B - morons) in any case, the work was done well, the guy was on time, and a small issue with the billing was fixed promptly. EXCELLENT.

I've called several other local companies. Some didn't return my call. One even said they would be here in a few minutes. They never showed. I had nearly given up until I had found Plumbing America! Paul showed up on time, which is a plus in my book. Our pipes were frozen, but he ran a snake through and did what he could anyways. He told me he would come back when the water was running again. True to their word, Scott sent John out right away. The problem was fixed in a timely manner. Scott and his team were very professional, kind, respectful, and patient. I would absolutely recommend Plumbing America to anyone for their plumbing needs!

Plumbing America is AMAZING! FIrst of all, Scott picked up the phone and gave very good customer service by sending someone out immediately when I explained my problem. Then, his nephew, Nick, came PROMPTLY on time the next morning! I was amazed! He did the work quickly and returned on time to turn the water back on.

I would give this company ten stars if I could. Anyone who needs a plumber in the South Bay area would be nuts not to call Scott. And they work with insurance companies! Yea!
