Plumbing America came through for me with flying colors. For a year, I had declining water pressure. It got to the point I could only use one source of water at a time and it was a trickle at best. The washing machine shut down mid-cycle and the soap would not dissolve in the dishwasher. Four different plumbers were called and could not remedy the situation. I was told I needed a new water pipe at costs ranging from $5,000 to $8,000. Plumbing America was recommended by a close friend and through their skill and persistence, an 18 inch root plug was forced out of the pipe. Thank you Scott, you have a customer for life!

Scott the owner is always fair and considerate. He helped me clear roots out of my drains that were completely plugged and helped me run a new septic line. He scheduled everything and handled the work. Everything works great! He also handled changing out an 80 gallon water heater for me.

They agreed to inspect my backflow and send a report to the city. It never happened. They dropped the ball. My calls were not returned. I received notice of noncompliance from the city stating that my water would be turned off. I was forced to scramble to find another vender. If you're looking for reliable and trustworthy, go elsewhere.

We had a kitchen sink that was backed up and had plans to go out of town that afternoon. Plumbing American was able to work with our schedule and we were still able to take our trip out of town. We will definitely call them the next time we need plumbing taken care of.

I wanted to write today to let everyone know how appreciative I am to Plumbing America. I had the gas in my house turned off last night due to a gas leak. This was devastating and a huge inconvenience to me and my family. First thing this morning I called Plumbing America to help me with my situation. Scott Thompson, the owner came over personally today and locked off the damaged line so PG&E could come back and restore the gas to the inside of my house. I will call back tomorrow to make an appointment so they can come back and fix the line that was leaking. I'm so relieved and happy to have my stove and hot water again, thanks PLUMBING AMERICA I will definitely use you over and over again!!!

We had a leak from a upstairs bathroom causing water to come down thru the ceiling downstairs . We called Gary at Plumbing America who immediately understood the urgency of the situation and sent Stephan to repair the leak within a hr. Saved our from lot of home repair head aches. They did the whole thing including dry wall repair. Work was impeccable and clean We had them install the recirculation pump and we are more than satisfied with their work. Very pleasant and helpful people. We have found our plumber in Gilroy for all our future needs. Thank you everyone at Plumbing America.

Woke up this morning, got ready for work, about to leave the house when I saw that the toilet in our laundry room had just about exploded. I'm 7 months pregnant and my husband is out of town. It was the grossest thing I had ever witnessed in my adult life, and I'll spare everyone the details. I had no idea who to call or where to start. I found Plumbing America on yelp with consistent positive reviews and I'm very happy to be adding to to the list.

I worked with Gary, Scott, and Dave. These guys rearranged their schedules on a dime and had someone out to my house in no time. They handled the crappy situation (pun intended) with such care and professionalism. Above and beyond that, I felt like they treated me like they would their own daughter or wife and made sure I was well taken care of. The problem was fixed and the mess was cleaned. They even helped me get rid of the effected boxes in the garage.

I really can't express my appreciation enough - and when I tried to thank them, I was basically told that they shouldn't be thanked but thanked me for allowing them to work on my home. Amazing display of customer service!

Polite, professional and high on customer service!
situation: Had an outdoor leak and Gilroy Water called to tell me their meter at my house indicated this. I searched and called Plumbing America who sent someong within hours. Scott was professional, kind, polite, and taught me plumbing 101 by telling me what PVC stood for! I called them shortly before they arrive to let them know my ""engineering brother in law"" could fix it. I told him I would pay for the mileage of their effort in coming out but he declined and kindly said just to refer them which I am. I will use them again moving forward!!
