I made an appointment between 8-11. Took off work. They never showed up or called. I called the office all morning but got no answer. The phone kept ringing, no voice mail. The same thing happened the last time I needed them but that time the office answered the phone to keep telling me the guy was on his way. I gave them another chance because they were apologetic and gave me a discount on my bill. But now I'm beginning to think this is how they run their business. When I take off work I need someone to show up this is costing me money and not to mention it cost causes the other people on the job to have to do my work so I'm beginning to think there is a problem with this business.

I called Plumbing 911 to clear our garbage disposal after it got clogged. The owner himself came out. Dan is courteous and his prices are in line with other master plumbers but he didn't try to over charge us. He did the work fast and well. I recommend them very highly.

My gas water heater stopped working earlier this morning. We don't know anything about water heaters so we weren't comfortable with the troubleshooting steps from google. I called a couple of places but they weren't able to come out until tomorrow ($50 service fee). When I called Plumbing 911, Dan answered and said he could stop by to take a look at it since he was near the area - free of charge!!!

Dan was able to resolve my problem and advise on the possibility that this could happen again. He provided a discounted quote on a new water heater and let me know he would be there when I made the decision to replace my water heater. Once I am ready to make this purchase, I will definitely give Dan a call. Best service ever.
