Service requested: Clear a clog in a kitchen sink. Modify plumbing fixtures as needed.
What happened: plumber arrived approximately 7 hours after my call. He photographed the underside of the sink, disassembled the existing plumbing. He then traveled to at least two different places to get the correct parts he needed to correct the plumbing. He then used power tools to breakup the clog. After insuring the sink was running free, he took another photo.
I was very satisfied with Josh's work. The price was reasonable too.

I went with the 5 star rating, but I should have researched more. Plumber showed up and said the dripping faucet was too hard to do a simple repair, and he didn't know what type it was. He let me know it would be best to replace the entire faucet for $315 if we already had a faucet we wanted to install. He charged $89 for showing up and taking a look for about 60 seconds.
Had a clogged kitchen sink late Saturday night. I placed a request online and received a callback confirmation first thing Sunday morning and received great service with a reasonable price. Friendly technician who explained what caused my blockage too.
These guys are awesome! I hopped on the website in the middle of the night and was able to schedule an appointment for the very next morning. Jon was fantastic to work with. He replaced the parts that needed it and gave an honest assessment of the situation with clear recommendations that made a lot of sense. He didn't waste any time getting the job done. The whole experience is one that I hope every single customer gets.
Overall, easy to schedule, quick to respond, and prices are given upfront, and every person I've spoken with or interacted with was professional, courteous, and helpful. I'll be using them for all my plumbing needs going forward.
They sent in a polite, skillful plumber who really knew how to fix things. He gave me two options, one temporary and another more definite. I chose the more definite solution and he got it done quickly after he came back with the materials. I highly recommend this family-owned company!
I scheduled to have a leak in my garage looked at and was told it would be free and a tech would be out the same day. Later received a call stating no tech would come and it would be a $89 charge to have one scheduled for the next day.
The next day received text messages stating a tech would be there between 2-4pm. Received a call at 3:45pm stating a no one would be coming to take a look a my leak.
Absolutely terrible service experience!
Jim K.I used Plumbing 911 twice. Once to unplug the drain line. They did the job in about an hour and charged an exorbitant amount. I called again when there was another blockage and within the warranty time. Turned out to be a different issue, not covered. I let them talk me into some line replacement. Another exorbitant fee. My fault because I did not ask what all they planned to do. What they did should not have cost even 1/4 of their fee. I recommend comparing prices. Their work was no better or worse than I could (should) have done myself.
The team was very responsive and sent a technician quickly. He was excellent; he explained the issue and fixed our problem quickly. I highly recommend this company.
Plumbing 911 is a great company! They were able to come fix our broken pipe the next day when other companies gave us at least a three day wait. The plumber did a fine job and we will definitely call Plumbing 911 the next time we need a plumber.
I had plumbing 911 come out back in January and now it is December. The hole they put in my wall just got fixed. They insisted on whacking a hole in my wall on the other side of my tub when my husband told them ""no"" because Jared did not want to go through the basement. Their work was okay we're it not for a practically 3 foot long hole in the wall, but that made it totally unacceptable. Their fee for their repair was exorbitant and I was still left fixing my non drywall wall. 11 months later it is finally done and I have thrown out all their magnets because I hope to never see them again! Listen to your customers and quit breaking things that are perfect is my advice to them! If you have a plumbing emergency call anybody else as a novice would probably do better.
