Dripping faucet. Plumber said it was too hard to figure out how to stop the leak so we should buy a new faucet for him to install. $315 to install if we get our own faucet. We are out the $89 inspection fee already, but thats the plumbing game I guess. That said, we have more work to be done so maybe its better just to find so eone reasonable than pay overpriced rates twice.

There website says they service all of Cuyahoga, Lake and Geauga County. I scheduled an appointment online for some work in Geauga County. The lady in the office called and said her ""Boss"" told her they do not service my address in Geauga County. Maybe they might want to redo the homepage of their website.

In Jan 2016 while I was living in Cincinnati I bought a house here in Lyndhurst, it had a bunch of broken pipes that needed to be replaced. I hired this company and paid almost $20,000.00 to replace the broken pipes, replace 2 broken radiators with baseboard heating, replace the hot water tank and the boiler for the house heating. It is now Feb 2019 and the job that was paid off has not been completed. My house is a 900 sq ranch is and still freezing cold after spending so much money. Right now it is 24 degrees outside and only 64 in my house even though its set to 68. Last week when the weather was around 0 degrees my heat was only 52 inside even though it was set to 68. The front bedroom has its radiator replaced with baseboard heating, it has never worked, they told me that hadn't finished it when I had to move into the house yet after 2+ years they still haven't came back to finish the job they were paid $20,000 for. The baseboard heating in my bedroom also hasn't been working for atleast a year now, they didn't replace this baseboard heater but were supposed to have the house up and working by the move in date in Feb 2016. $20,000 later and the house is in the 50s with the boiler set at 68 due to 2 rooms STILL not having working heating.
