Mindy K.I had a backup in my home, in the main drain, from roots. Jon Csontos came and fixed the problem. He was so kind and I really was extremely pleased and relieved. I would definitely recommend this company and A+ Jon!
I payed $90 for them to come out and provide an estimate to fix a shower leak, a hot water dispenser and a dishwasher clog.
They could not do anything with the dishwasher which is understandable but to fix a leak in the shower head was $290(though the part cost $20 at Home Depot). To install a hot water dispenser which I already had the part, it was $250.
I just ate the 90 estimate fee and choose not to pay these ridiculous prices.
Anthony J.Great way to do business!
Being a owner of a plumbing and electrical company myself I've never had to write a review of another plumber. But I am glad to do so for these guys. I called them to book a service call for my Aunt that just lost her husband ( my Uncle). Knowing the Ins and outs of a professional company's let me say I was impressed. From the phone call to the tech that came to the door,
5-star! Always communicated with me ( I was paying) and respectful to my Aunt. The faucet I ordered for my Aunt was defective but the tech waiting while she went and got another. The Professional Courtesy throughout the entire process was second to none. Thanks guys
We set up an appointment with this company after telling the young lady on the phone what the problem was and gave her our names, email address and address of the property. The appointment was set and we even received an email. We later received a phone call saying the appointment has to be canceled as the company is ""narrowing down their service areas cause they are so busy."" They weren't too busy when there were same day and next day appointments available.
If your Yelp profile 'areas serviced' includes where my address is as does your website, AND you set up an appointment (only to cancel it later), then what's really going on? Is this some type of redlining? Something else?
