Keith Miller holds the title of Master Plumber in Ohio and is certified in flood and water restoration. He brings years of practical experience, specializing in everything from small leaks to significant floods and sewer line work.

Karen Miller serves as the Office Manager and Marketing Specialist. A graduate of Cleveland State University, she interned at American Greetings in 1998, which led to a full-time position for over 11 years. In 2008, she joined her husband as a co-owner of Plumbing 911.
