Plumbing 911

My uncle, over 70 years old, called on a Sunday night, at about 10:30 or 11:00 p.m., to clear a clogged toilet. He was told the wait would be 2 hours and the cost about $300.00. He agreed to this. Just before the 2 hour mark, Plumbing 911 called him back to say ""something came up"" and they would not be there til morning. My uncle said 'no thanks.' Plumbing 911, not only did not come but caused an additional 2 hours to be wasted, which could have been used by waiting on another plumber who would show up as promised. This toilet, by the way, is the only one in the apartment for my uncle to use.

Stay away from Plumbing 911!!!!

Advantage Plumbing was called after this fiasco and they showed up well within their 2 hour time frame and fixed the toilet. Don't bother with Plumbing 911.
